Q: I own a black Nissan 350Z and I want to powder coat the stock wheels from the stock color and finish to a black with a regular finish, whatever is typical. Who do I take my car to, how much does it cost for all four wheels, and how long do they keep my car?
Without knowing where you live it's pretty hard to tell you where to go get the work done. Even more difficult to give you a price. The company (whoever, where ever} probably wouldn't need, or want to keep your car at their facility. They would likely just want the wheels. Best bet is for you to do a google search in your area for powder coating and go from there.
Q: What is the happy wheel? The
Understanding, trust
Q: my rear wheel has a spoke missing and 2 other spokes are broken. how safe is this to ride untill my new wheel comes?
I will now answer your question, and it will make sense.unlike ^his^ I have had this happen to me, and the spokes ended up working their way through my tire tube, It also bent my rim. So i would recommend that you take your wheel off, and get it fixed at any motorbike store/tire place. If you continue to ride with broken/missing spokes, you will come across a lot of problems in the future.
Q: whats the difference of the wheel sizes? like a 51mm vs 55mm. what would be better why?
Yes I am a good cook. Love to cook
Q: The relationship between the material and the speed of the wheel
Can be a bike simply as three gears, tooth plate, flywheel and rear wheel (front wheel is driven wheel, no power, does not affect the speed, where the role of tire friction), the driver pedal on the dental plate, three Gears keep the same angular speed, the larger the tooth plate, the smaller the flywheel, the faster the flywheel line speed, the faster the speed, the greater the diameter of the wheel, the longer the circumference of the wheel, the same angular speed, The longer the length, of course, do a certain job, so the greater the diameter of the wheel, the ride is also laborious.
Q: Steel wheel hub how to put the balance block, how no video ah
Dynamic balance is needed to do to the car repair shop, the balance block to find the equipment on the uneven point of the re-put, if the wrong position is not balanced balance!
Q: ok i mainly skate street some time i go to skate parks my friend said i should get the smallest wheels i can find ?
Transition / Vert Larger skateboard wheels roll a lot faster, and when riding ramps this is what you want. Try 55-65mm size wheels (though many ramp skateboarders will use even larger wheels -- try something like a 60mm wheel first, as you learn), with a hardness of 95-100a. Street / Technical Skateboarders who like doing flip tricks often like smaller wheels, as they are lighter and closer to the ground, making some skateboarding tricks easier and faster. Try 50-55mm skateboard wheels, with a hardness of 97-101a. Both / All Terrain You'll want something in the middle, with slightly softer skateboard wheels. Try a wheel size 52-60mm, with 95-100a hardness. This should give you a balance between speed and weight. Cruising Usually cruising wheels are much larger for speed (64-75mm) and much softer for riding over rough terrain (78-85a). Other wheels for cruising are available, such as huge dirt wheels with knobs, but these aren't recommended for skateboards (try longboards or dirtboards).
Q: The Ducks are doing this shoot 4 the cure thing and it is going to be at the rink where I play hockey. Yay, I am so excited! How many people do you think will be there, I read that there will be 400 tickets sold. I want to go but I wonder if it will be too crowded and it will be a waste of time to go out there.Anyways, I guess a more hockey related question would be, if I change only a few wheels, will it through me off. I have two cracked wheels, one on the front and one on the back, and the one on the back on the other skate is pretty worn down. I am not a great skater as it is and I don't want to throw off my balance or anything worse than it is.
Wheels? You mean to tell me this is not being done on ice?
Q: My steering wheel needs to be turned slightly to the right for my car to go straight. i wasnt sure if it is a wheel alignment problem or if the steering wheel can be adjusted. what can/should be done and what will it cost?
Actually if you're handy, you can fix this yourself. The problem is the front sum toe isn't centered correctly on your steering rack. A front toe set will fix this if it is done correctly. Or, if you want to get adventurous, you can correct this yourself. You need a couple wrenches, two jack stands and a paint pen or a soft crayon. Jack up the front of your car. Crawl under it and find your tie rods. In most cars they will be the long thin rods with a nut on them on the back of the front knuckles. Mark the bottom of the inner and outter tie rods (one straight line across both so you can see how far you turn them). Loosen the jam nuts. Put your hand on the inner tie rod and turn it 1/8 to 1/4 turn. If you're under the car in front of the front wheels, you'll want to reach over and twist it to you. This will shorten the left tie rod slightly, and lengthen the right one. This will have the effect of keeping the front of your front wheels the same distance apart (sum toe) but rotate your steering wheel about 2 to 4 degrees. If this all sounds clear as much, take it to a technician who really knows what he (or she) is doing, and pay him about $50.
Q: If a road wheel online says 700c, is there a particular width i need to look out for? Or are road wheels a universal width? because it doesn‘t say: 700 x something
See the link for everything (and more) that you need to know about wheel and tire sizing. a 700C rim is 622 mm bead seat diameter (700A,B and D are different diameters). Width of the rim varies. In general the tire width should be about 1.5-2X the inner rim width (width between inner surfaces of the rim) . see diagram at the link. The width of the rim recommended varies with the type of use the wheel is intended for. For example racing wheels are narrower (and lighter) than general purpose, touring or tandem wheels of the same (700C) diameter. The tire size recommendations usually reflect the rim width.
