Q: ADDITIONAL PROBLEMS:My Low Coolant occassionally comes on.anddd my Air Conditioning/Heater only works on the highest setting. ANY SOLUTIONS?!?!? THANKS!!!!: You have a coolant leak, open the reservoir when it is cool and it will likely be empty. If it is, try refilling it, then search for the leak. The air bag light could be the sensor, could be a fault in the bag, or could be the sign of a failing alternator. Don't screw with it, airbags are dangerous, and should only be worked on by trained technicians.

Q: About a month ago, we got an oil change at Pep Boys, and they threw in some fuel system cleaner into the gas tank- I think it was the gunk brand. About a week or so ago, the check engine light and the service light came on. I had it checked, and the code indicated an EGR problem. I also recently noticed a faint smell of gasoline outside of the car, and in the trunk area. Now, for some reason, the check engine and service lights have gone out. Would the fuel system cleaner have caused this problem? Q: Just got a 2012 Nissan Frontier. It has lights on the rearview, green one on left always on, and the other one stays off. I don't have the Homelink system and can't find anywhere in the manual what else they might be for. Anyone know?: You may have the auto dimming rear view mirror. Nissan calls it (automatic anti-glare) Owners Hand Book section 3 page 15 Green light on means that when head lights from cars behind hits the sensor photooptic cell that causes the liquid crystals inside the mirror glass to darken. Q: My 2005 Pontiac Grand Prix check engine light came on at about 93,000 miles. The code said P2440, so my mechanic replaced the air check valve the secondary air check valve. After replacing those parts my check engine light is still on. What could the problem be now?: Time for a new car anyway ! I spent 200 ballons on my mercedes to get rid of a check engine light and it came on about 20 hours later and they refuse to fix it try that one !

Q: 2001 audi a4. Along with the traction light (exclamation point ) breaks seem to be working fine though. But when i do turn on a curve going right, i hear a noise in the front left wheel but its not flat or anything. Anyway, It was on when i drove to school, then when i got out of class, (like 3 hours later) it was off the whole ride home. School is about 20 minutes away. Q: Automatic start doesn‘t work unless truck is warm! Is my amp alternator enough For the 2007 6.2 esv ??? I had aftermarket alternator from autozone got My $ Back still have the same issue! I have bright interior lights, a powerful bull horn 3 tvs! Do I need a 220 amp!: Sounds like a voltage regulator or weak battery problem. Assuming the alternator is providing juice to the battery you should have no trouble with auto start. Have the charging system and battery checked but I doubt it's the alternator especially since you've been through so many. No way all 4 can be faulty. Also you don't need a huge alternator and stock size will suffice for bright lights and a big horn whereas having a huge stereo would be a different story.

Q: The problem was just that gas cap was loose. How do I turn the check engine light off? Thanks: You can take it to a shop or Advanced Auto/Autozone and they can turn it off. The light will turn off automatically after it passes a test a few times. That may take weeks though.

Q: I am fairly new to dslr‘s. I have a 35mm f/1.8g lens on a d90. I would like to know what the best settings are for shooting people and moving objects in the dark or very dim lights. Any advice would be appreciated thanx!: 1) Put the D90 in Aperture priority mode, 2) Set the aperture wide open at f/1.8, 3) Set the iso as high as you need to go (to force a shutter speed fast enough to avoid motion blur.) If the depth of field is too shallow at f/1.8, try an aperture of f/2.8 or f/4. The bigger the number, the more you'll get in focus. But you'll have to crank the iso higher as well to compensate. And if you find that the auto-focus system has a hard time locking on in very low light, switch to just the central AF point.
