Unless its a piece of crap, Connecting the Device via USB SHOULD charge it. Are you looking for something that connects the usb slot on the Device to a power outlet? if so then your gonna have to ask the company who made it if they make such a device. However, coupes (especially American coupes) weren't selling very well in the past 10 years. Chrysler decided not to go the way of the Camaro/Firebird. Although, for the last couple of years the Mustang has been a hit. So, Chrysler has decided to bring back the Dodge Challenger to compete with Mustang. We will probably see that later this year or early next year.

It is very unreliable though.How do i solve this?: Hey there, I've had an experience with an original (Toshiba not Dell, but same principle applies I think) charger, and the build quality on them is kind of rubbish without a lot in the way of reinforcement near the head, so my wire snapped there :-( I recommend grabbing an auto-voltage switching laptop charger. I'd try Universal Laptop Chargers (link below in sources), I bought mine from them a couple of months ago and it works a treat. Most importantly for you I think, if you buy from them and it doesn't fit, I believe they will give you a refund. However, a quick look on their website suggests they have the right head for a Dell laptop, so I think you'll be fine. I personally like it since it basically has the look and feel of a 120 pound charger you can buy at PC World, but for a fraction of the price since they're online. And it charges my mobile phone too, so I'm very happy with it. :-) Let us know how you get on!

A standard USB1 / USB2 port can deliver 500mA A standard USB3 port offers up to 900mA A charging port may allow more. There are standards for charging ports - on a normal port, the device should follow USB signalling conventions, request 500mA power and wait until granted. On a dedicated charger with no data signalling the data lines are shorted, an 500mA is guaranteed at 5V, with voltage dropping as maximum load reached, The device, not the charger, is responsible for controlling the charge
