- There is not a simple answer to your question. It really depends on the charger design and the type of battery. I am assuming you are actually talking about cells. Although we all call cells batteries, a battery actually consists of two or more cells connected together in series to produce a higher voltage. Generally speaking however you can do either (especially with modern day chargers). If you use a lower capacity charger to charge a higher capacity battery, it will simply take longer time to fully charge the battery. If you use a higher capacity charger to charge a lower capacity battery, the circuitry inside the charger should limit the output current to a safe level. A higher capacity charger will not be able to charge a lower capacity battery any quicker however. If a battery has more charge current applied than it is designed for, it will overheat, damaging the battery, and possibly explode! That isn't an exaggeration, I have seen it happen a few times and in fact I've done it myself while playing around. I at least kept a safe distance away, unlike a co-worker who nearly lost a thumb about 25 years ago. The above is just for informational purposes only, based on my knowledge and experience of 35 years working in the electronics industry, and not to be considered as anything other than general guidelines. - yes they are practically the same if they fit, its a stock item meaning that if it has the same port, they package all of them with it, dont worry, it wont mess it up, i used a razer charger and a psp transfer cable to charge my ds lite, no probs at all

- You don't understand. Each charger and battery combination are specific to each other. That means that only the type of charger intended for a specific battery should be used. There are safety reasons. Using the wrong charger can cause over heating, fire and even explosion in certain cases. This has burned down some structures in the past and is really a stupid way to try to charge any battery. Do not, and I cannot emphasis this strongly enough, do not attempt to charge any battery with a charger not intended for that specific battery.

- It could be the battery. Most of the time when you connect your charger to the laptop there is a light that turns on to indicate the charger is connected and sending power. Easy way to test for problems. Try another outlet, try a lamp in the old outlet. If the lamp doesn't work and it charges in the other outlet, you have an outlet issue. If the light comes on, but the laptop won't hold a charge, but CAN turn on and stay on while plugged in, your charger works and it is the battery. If you try multiple outlets with the charger and the laptop can't stay on with the charger in any of them, you need a new charger chord. Usually though it's the battery.

- I agree that Chargers should forget about Eli Manning. So what he got a ring before the Chargers he just had a good day. If you watch Eli Manning carefully i am sure some would agree that when he makes good plays they are usually an accident i don't think he has ever gone out and made a excellent play purposely. As I watched Eli Manning this past I saw him make soomany stupid mistakes which I think Philip Rivers will not make. If you look at the overall plays and abilities of Rivers and Manning Rivers is a better choice and player. Chargers should stay with Rivers because I think Rivers will take the Chargers a long way (and this is a NE Patriots saying this I really respect Rivers ability and talent Chargers should stay with him I think he is a winner) Everyone has bad days and good u just need to be patient.
