- No,not if the concrete is level and relatively flat. However is should be clean. Use an etching solution if there are grease spots etc. Otherwise no other special requirements. For extra bonding you may add some latex bonder to the cement (sometimes already included) Cement board does make for a nice flat surface though, but if you want to save your money and extra effort, go and get right down to the concrete :)

- sure. spread rubber cement of both products and enable it sit down for 5 minutes then keep on with. it isn't in a position to be adjusted in any respect. Make a pattern to work out if it stains the paper first. sturdy good fortune getting the paper off the wall in the destiny.

- I would have to say C but B is also attractive. I could make the case that the rock that is used for cement is the result of hundreds of thousands of years in geologic processes. The energy spent to produce the cement is used. However, I could say that cement is very reusable. Old cement can be ground up and reused quite readily. sorry but the question is quite open ended.
