- Q: is it easier to vacuum the industrial carpet than regular carpet. I plan to replace my regular carpet with industrail, because it is hard to push the vacuum and we have lots of dust. thanks.
- I had industrial carpet (white) in my home and loved it. It was very thick and plush and cleaning was no problem and vacuuming was very easy. I would definitely recommend it. But the best is hardwood floors. Industrial carpeting is expensive and I can get bamboo (50 year guarantee) for $2.12 a square foot at Costco. Bamboo is a sustainable resource, also. I love it and I have six animals in the house.

- stir up the carpet, apply edible oil in the back of the place with gum coated , after a few minutes the chewing gum can be taken down, and then thoroughly clean grease on the carpet.

- Not a very nice thing to say about your mother. Bleach does not stain. (Now who looks soooooo smart) It has no color, it is a color remover. Nothing you can do to fix it on carpet but remove the carpet or replace it.

- believe it or not the best way to remove stains such as this is a little water in a spray bottle and a shop vacuum. spray the area then extract and repeat until clean.

- Your accent rug is new and it generally rolls back as it was rolled when stored before installation. Try curling it the opposite way and leave in that condition for some time..When you open it again hopefully your accent rug lies straight.. Fix it and you're good to go! Cheers!

- Im no good at this but thats why i wanted to look. the brown rug dull . I liked the second rug but the square in the middle did match your table position. but i liked that rug. I think no rug looks better than the brown rug. just my 2 cents.

- Carpet is pretty cheap....$2-$3 per square foot installed but look for a carpet cleaner who is going is use only Hot Water! You need a restorative process. Make sure the carpet cleaner doesn't use soaps or surfactants - they cause the carpet to rapidly resoil...... Get it clean and get the stains out....if you elect to replace go to Loews or .Home Depot ...they have a carpet that uses a new technology called Puraesque.....it can be done, just make sure you get pros instead of a bunch of nerdowells!

- if you like a heavier carpet that would stand up to high traffic, then yeah. If it uses Stainmaster yarn, then you will have a great carpet. A 1/2 8lb pad really isn't necessary; a 1/2 6lb pad would do just fine. It all depends on your living situation: is there a lot of people living there? If so, a heavier pad would help with the wear and tear of the carpet. If it is just you or you and one other person,the lighter pad would do just fine.
