- Hi. I study Fukien White Crane Boxing - Yong Chun Bai He Quan. It was developed by a young lady named Fang Chiniang. Its foundation in a practice called Sam Chien or 3 Conflicts. Through this training you develop internal power and strong foundation. There is another Crane style that is known as Tibetant Crane and is not associated with the Fukien Crane. It was developed by a Tibetan Lama (Monk).
