BUt, to yor question, I wold highly recommend you go to your town's Operator engineers Union Hall and inquire as to the qualifications and requirements to enroll in their apprenticeship program. Yes you will have to go thru the apprenticeship program. A tower crane operator is a coveted job among operators... Fold one side at the tip to make a head. If you did everything correctly, and hold under the neck with one hand and pull the tail with the other hand, the crane should flap its wing.
