QTZ63(5610) tower crane is novel hoisting and conveying machinery which is designed by Shandong Fuyou Co., Ltd. by fully utilizing the group technology, the combinational design technology and the finite element analysis technology and taking the tower crane microcomputer design platform as a tool.
The crane is a horizontal-arm-rest trolley-amplitude upper-revolution hydraulic lifting type crane which has the maximum working amplitude of 56m, the independent lifting height of 40m, the adhesion lifting height of 150m, the rated lifting moment of 710kN•m and the maximum lifting moment of 853.2kN•m. All the performance parameters and technical indexes of the crane meet or surpass national standards.
The crane features advanced parameters, excellent and reliable properties, attractive appearance, high quality, simple and practical structures, advanced safety devices, convenient maintenance, safe usage and reasonable prices, and is ideal construction machinery for many construction enterprises.
The lifting boom and balance boom adopt cantilever boom structure, which reduces the hoisting modular and makes it more safe, convenient and flexible to install and uninstall, and reduces the requirements for hoisting equipment and the site.
2. Multiple special mounting brackets are available, which saves the installation time and ensures safe and quality installation.
3. The lifting boom adopts cantilever boom structure and variable cross-section materials, featuring more reasonable structural stress and long service life; and it is easier to make different combination of boom length.

- Q:is this normal? I mean VERY VERY afraid. I mean i won't scream but if i see a someone (except other guys) i will hug them tightly and beg for them to kill them... and how can i change this?
- everyone has fears youre either going to have to face them or learn to live with them
- Q:How do you win something from those crane machines in stores?????
- Trial and error. I won a Fraggle Rock Boomer Doll last night at the shore arcade. when you play the first time watch how the crane grabs and closes, try not to play the games with large heavy objects as they are mostly rigged for you to lose. light rigid prizes are easiest to win. like a beenie baby snake would be impossible to win they have no real shape to grab with a crane. but the polar bear would.
- Q:What's the difference between QTZ63 and qtz630, isn't it the same kind of tower crane?
- It's the same kind of tower crane, but it's only a unit of rated lifting torque. The former unit is 63 tons. M, the latter is 630 kn m. According to the latest national standard "tower crane", GB/T5031-2008 and QTZ63 are written correctly.
- Q:I got the crane gold 1.6 roller rocker I'm trying to install on my 95 z28 w/ an lt1 and it doesn't seem like they are installing quite right. I got the tall black nuts that hold the rocker down around the stud and the pushrods, that's it. Do I need to use those things that go below the rockers themselves (the things that slide over the stud and the rocker goes over it from the original rockers) or do I just install how I already am with just the crane rockers, black nuts and pushrods?
- Lt1 1.6 Roller Rockers
- Q:How the cranes can stand without any tipping with huge counter weights on its back? If there is no suspended load also the crane is is still stable with huge counter weights on its back. How it can possible? Why crane is not offballencing while we adding extra counter weights on it without any suspended load?
- Usually the counterweights can move back and forth on an arm. They are moved toward the crane when there is no load and away from the crane when there is a load. If the counterweights can't move, then the crane must be designed to hold (at least) the minimum counterweights in their fixed location. As the crane gets loaded, the net moment decreases, and then increases in the other direction as more and more load gets added. It is still likely that the maximum design moment when loaded far exceeds the moment due to the counterweights on an unloaded crane.
- Q:What do you do to become a crane operator, do you go to school and how long is it?
- OK, first, what kind of crane? there are many different kinds that do many different things. From loading containers at the seaport to high rise buildings. One does not just go into cranes. The more experienced ones, started out as oilers or greasers. Some started out as signal persons. They learned by watching and listening. In the following states you must hold National certification: CA, HA,MT,OR,WA,MN,WV,NM,RI,NJ,NV,NY UT. PA and SC have restrictions now but will be added sometime soon. You can attend a crane school that prepares you for the national certification, but it expensive and not easy for someone without a background working around cranes. There is a lot of terminology and mathematics involved. Not to mention the Federal, state, local and OSHA rules you must practice. Go to your state employment office. They have all the information you need. get to know one of the counselors and pursue your dream. It is not as easy as it seems. But is it a well paying career. Good luck Bill
- Q:How much should the verticality of a tower crane be controlled? Thank you
- No, the wind speed is not more than 3m/s, the independent state tower (or attached state highest attachment point above the tower axis) lateral verticality tolerance is 4/1000, the highest tower axis perpendicularity allowed attachment line below the point of difference is 2/1000.
- Q:how do they get cranes on top of building sites?
- It's crazy but they actually use the crane to build itself!!!
- Q:How do cranes use geometry?
- If your referring to cranes in construction cranes, then it might form a right triangle with the ground implying the use of trigonometry which is a part of geometry.
