QTZ63(5610A) tower crane is novel hoisting and conveying machinery which is designed by Shandong Fuyou Co., Ltd. by fully utilizing the group technology, the combinational design technology and the finite element analysis technology and taking the tower crane microcomputer design platform as a tool.
The crane is a horizontal-arm-rest trolley-amplitude upper-revolution hydraulic lifting type crane which has the maximum working amplitude of 56m, the independent lifting height of 40m, the adhesion lifting height of 150m, the rated lifting moment of 710kN•m and the maximum lifting moment of 853.2kN•m. All the performance parameters and technical indexes of the crane meet or surpass national standards.
The crane features advanced parameters, excellent and reliable properties, attractive appearance, high quality, simple and practical structures, advanced safety devices, convenient maintenance, safe usage and reasonable prices, and is ideal construction machinery for many construction enterprises.
The lifting boom and balance boom adopt cantilever boom structure, which reduces the hoisting modular and makes it more safe, convenient and flexible to install and uninstall, and reduces the requirements for hoisting equipment and the site.
2. Multiple special mounting brackets are available, which saves the installation time and ensures safe and quality installation.
3. The lifting boom adopts cantilever boom structure and variable cross-section materials, featuring more reasonable structural stress and long service life; and it is easier to make different combination of boom length.

- Q: What is a tower crane without a collector?
- Without the collector, the main cable of the tower crane directly reaches the power distribution cabinet after turning.
- Q: i have an echo-1 m8a4 cqb it has a crane stock that fits a 9.6 1500mah battery but it wont fit a 2000mah so i want to switch to a full stock but im haveing trouble figuring out how to switch them. does anyone own this gun and know how to do it?
- Ok, I can help. The first step is to take the crane stock off. To do so, extend the stock fully. Then, take the tab you use to extend it, and instead of pushing up to extend it, pull it down and slide the stock off. It make take some force. Be careful of any wires and that you don't break them! Next: take the buffer tube out. Take a long phillips head screw driver and stick it down the shaft. Remove the screw. The whole tube should come out. Don't lose the screw! Next: Install your stock. Next: Screw the screw back in to secure the stock. Done! Make sure the wires are still ok and that they are not pinched!
- Q: Some of my friends are trying to see what is the most creative, yet still meaningful way to ask a girl to prom. I decided to use 1000 origami cranes, and for those who don't know, the meaning (in Japanese lore) behind 1000 cranes is that the maker gets to make one wish, and its also traditional to give them to someone to wish happiness and prosperity upon them.
- I love the idea!!! it's really cute!!! I have the perfect idea...it just hit me! MY IDEA: Do you have a lake or some type of water flowing in your school yard? Trees too? If yes, then here's the idea: 1. Put some type of plastic wrap at the bottom of each crane so they can float on the water. 2. Hang those oragomis you've shown in trees. 3.Have one of your female friends get her and bring her to the area. 4. Then when she's wondering what's going on....here's where you come in. You said that 1,000 oragomis stand for a wish right? This is what you say with a crane out of the water in your hand: Behind these cranes, is a maker who has a wish. When you hand her the crane, she'll get the point. Hope she says yes! And if she says no, screw her! I wish the guy who asked me was that creative. Any girl should happy to have a guy go through this much just for her. Good Luck Dude!!!!!
- Q: What is a "crawler crane" and what kinds of jobs is it good for?
- *A crawler is a crane mounted on an undercarriage with a set of tracks (also called crawlers)that provide for the stability and mobility of the crane. Crawler cranes have both advantages and disadvantages depending on their intended use. The main advantage of a crawler is that they can move on site and perform lifts with very little set-up, as the crane is stable on its tracks with no outriggers. In addition, a crawler crane is capable of traveling with a load. The main disadvantage of a crawler crane is that they are very heavy, and cannot easily be moved from one job site to the next without significant expense. Typically, a large crawler must be disassembled and moved by trucks, rail cars or ships to be transported to its next location. Crawler cranes range in lifting capacity from about 40 US tons to 3500 US tons.
- Q: Im looking for more information on Overhead Cranes!?
- You would get lot of information on Over Head Cranes as permanently installed material handling equipment for various industries, if you google search under EOT CRANES. As I know, in steel industries their capacities can go up to 400 Tons. EOT cranes are electrically powered and electrically controlled systems. These cranes are categorized for maintenance application and production application. At times their design and construction are quite complicated specially those of production application such as Steel melting shop of steel plant.
- Q: The story I'm writing that has Frank Crane in it is here. Is there a better name I could be using for the protagonist?
- I just read your skimmed through your story very quickly. His personality from what I got from the story seemed to fit the name Frank Crane very well. I like the name for that character. Not sure what other name options you have in mind though, maybe you should post some other naming options. BTW, cool story.
- Q: Do they need another crane to get the concerete blocks to the top? And how do they move the blocks from one end of the crane to another. This has been bothering me for some time so anyone who knows the answer I would love to hear it!
- Its simple man, The company produces the concrete blocks called as hollow blocks also, they are lifted up using man power or lifts or cranes, dont know what was difficult to you in understanding that.
- Q: dynamic force on crane when a load of 37k falls 1',2' 3'or 4'?
- Need more information. In general, the answer is that the dynamic load depends on how quickly the payload decelerates. The dynamic load will be the mass of the payload times the peak deceleration rate. In a strength calculation, do not forget to include the static weight component of the load. The deceleration depends on the elasticity of the cables supporting the load. If the crane has a flexible supporting structure, then that could also affect the result. (You didn't say whether the crane is the traveling overhead hoist type usually seen in a factory - which typically has a stiff support - or the cantilevered truss type seen on construction sites - where the support might have a little flexibility.)
- Q: mobile tower etc (uk)
- Tower cranes and Gantry Cranes Since toer cranes are the most used in the construction industry gantry Cranes are used in all Ports for loading and unloading containers has a vast scope of work
- Q: What company makes a good engine crane I can order online?
- Dont know if you have a Harbor Freight store near you, but i bought an engine crane from them this past spring , 2 ton for $100. Go to the website and find a store by you, or maybe order one on line. good luck..........
