Q: i brought a new mobile phone battery for my phone(Sharp 903sh) because my other one was damaged. I put the battery in my phone and when i went to switch my phone on it wouldnt work. i put the battery on charge and the charging light didnt flash and my phone still didnt turn on.should i keep my phone on charge for a few hours.i need a bit of help please: First of all, make sure you follow the phone's user's manual on how to insert a battery. If your phone is plugged into the wall, unless either a) that outlet is bad, b) the cord for your phone is bad, c) the battery is bad or was put in backwards, upside down or whatever, or d) some combo of a, b, and/or c, your phone should at least show something of a display. I think you need to use another phone and call the company's tech/customer support line and have them help you. I heard that a warranty can be voided if the phone is put in wrongly or something like. Anyway, hope this helps.
