Virgin mobile does have reoccuring charges to a credit card of bank account that makes it like a contract. You don't have to worry about forgetting because of the auto payments. I love Virgin Mobile, and I am a total believer over conventional contract programs. The LG Rumor Touch is a good touchscreen Java based phone, but if you want the real laptop in your pocket feel, go with the intercept. Blackberries come with additional charges from virgin mobile, but the Intercept does not for the all the same features and more free apps.

If it is not fixed I would call in tomorrow and keep pushing them to fix it for you, and when they say they will call you back, get a time limit. If they dont call you back, CALL THEM. It is the only way to get what you want, trust me.

No. T-Mobile does not carry the iPhone, and is unlikely that they can cough up the cash Apple wants in advance to sell the iPhone. If you want an iPhone, you will have to buy an unlocked GSM model. You will not get high speed data though.
