Q: I have a cingular service,my phone broke.I wanna use spare t-mobile phone with cingular SIM card in it.Is there anyway that i can unlock the phone thanks in advance
It's surprising how virtually everyone except maybe 2 or 3 are wrong here. The correct answer is YES, BUT you will have to get the phone unlocked. You have two routes you can take: Route 1 - Stage 1 - Call T-Mobile and request the unlock code for the device. You will need to provide some basic account information, as well as basic information about the phone (which they will walk you through getting). Stage 2 - Wait for T-Mobile to get back to you with the code, and they will also provide directions on how to input the code. Route 2 - Find a vendor online who will unlock your specific device via IMEI or cable. If the IMEI solution is available, you can simply provide the phone's IMEI, which is used to unlock the device. If a cable solution is necessary, you will have to acquire a data cable and unlock this way. The majority of the time you will use the IMEI solution (very seldom does a cable solution become necessary) This should answer your question.
Q: I am currently a t-mible cell phone user, way over two years. My cell phone is kinda getting old, so I want to get a new phone, and also I want to change my plan as well, still with t-mobile though. How do I do that? Will they require me to sign a new 2 yrs contract like new users do? Will they charge me activation fee again with a new phone even I am already a t-mobile user? Thanks.
I want to get a new phone, and also I want to change my plan as well, still with t-mobile though. How do I do that? ------------------Call them, or go to online account, or go to your nearest tmobile company store Will they require me to sign a new 2 yrs contract like new users do? -------------------if you want a NEW phone at discounted price, then YES a 2yr contract re-sign is mandatory Will they charge me activation fee again with a new phone even I am already a t-mobile user? ------------------ the $36 activation fee is for new users only. Existing customers who upgrade (you) will be charged an $18 upgrade fee This is charged on ALL carriers regardless of the customers life tenure with the company, per Terms Of Service and Conditions
Q: I need a new phone! Mine is broken but I don't want to extend my plan any longer because I want a new service. Do you know where I can buy new T-Mobile cell phones without adding a plan?
OKorder or craigslist
Q: I have a t-mobile cell phone and since I returned home from vacation Sunday, I have noticed that my phone now says ATT as its service, not 'T-mobile.' I haven't done anything to my phone, and have no idea why this is happening! A few of my friends who live next door also have T-mobile and have the same thing happening. What's even more odd is we have far better service now (even though ATT has horrible service in this area- New York's Hudson Valley).Any idea as to why this is may be occurring?
It just means you're connecting to an ATT tower instead of to a T-Mobile one. Sometimes that happens because there's an issue with the T-Mobile tower and your phone can't connect to it. (Like if they're working on it right then or it's just busted, which seems to happen often.) If it's giving you better service, that's awesome, so don't bother to ask T-Mobile to put you back on their towers (tech support can do that I think). Roaming on other towers is included on T-Mobile so it's not going to affect your bill at all.
Q: Hi, I'm doing a debate and the topic is. It is compulsory for children to have a mobile phone (We are the negative team so our topic is it is not compulsory for children to have a mobile phone) I'm trying to come up with some rebuttal's to fight back with the opposing team. Any ideas would be great!!! Thanks.
I feel children should have plain mobile phone without camera and video's storage.
Q: The screen is not complete, the fonts are also bigger! How to change back?
If you do not want to use this feature, you can click "Settings" → "General" → "Accessibility" → "Zoom" function on it.
Q: I searched for T-mobile stores and it showed me Target so I'm guessing they sell them? Also, would I need some special documents or anything like that when buying a new phone? The contract is in my moms name, but I'll be going alone to buy it (I'm 19). Would it be just pay and go or do they need any information?

Q: I am thinking about going with Virgin Mobile. I would have to use a Virgin Mobile USA plan, but all of their phone aren't that great. I was looking at Virgin Mobile Canada's phones and I really would like to get the iPhone 5, which is only available in Canada. Basically what I'm trying to ask is, can I buy the iPhone 5 from Virgin Mobile Canada but activate it in the USA? Thanks in advance!

Q: If I were to go to a T-Mobile store, and buy, say a Samsung Galaxy Note 3, for FULL price, could I use it with another carrier like ATT, or Straight Talk?Do T-Mobile phones come unlocked since I did buy it full price?
If I were to go to a T-Mobile store, and buy, say a Samsung Galaxy Note 3, for FULL price, could I use it with another carrier like ATT, or Straight Talk? ------------ no…. tmobile wont sell you’re a phone at full price no matter how much you beg them Do T-Mobile phones come unlocked since I did buy it full price? ---------- no, contract, subsidy, or full price still means its locked. 1) Wireless Carrier stores, called CORS (company owned retail stores), do not sell phones at full price to non-customers. Either you are already a customer of theirs…. Or…. plan on being a customer of theirs in the next 10-15 minutes. Lmao 2) Branded wireless carrier phones sold at Full Price (499-699) on national retailer sotres and sites (walmart, amazon, radioshack, best buy) are locked to that carrier. You must call the carrier to obtain the unlock code. 3) Non-branded wireless carrier phones are sold ONLY by the OEM and are naturally unlocked, may/may not have additional hardware/software installed than basic wireless carrier versions, and are geared, mod’d more to developers and techs rather than the idiot sheeple of the general public. They are $699-$999…
