We prefer LC at sight and 30%T.T in advance ,balance after the copy of B/L
- Q:I have a belly button piercing and the metal is stainless steel.. I was wondering does it develop rust whenever you go shower and clean it? Can I still swim in the summer with it or do I have to take it out? What happens if I swim in the pool with it?
- No it won't rust. Just make sure to get the pool water out of the piercing when done at the pool. Just to avoid drying out the skin too much.
- Q:What temp does fire have to be to melt steel?
- There are different types of steel. Melting point of steel depends upon its contents. Generally the melting point of stell is above 1500 c.
- Q:What is the maximum thickness of steel coils?
- The specific application and manufacturing process play a significant role in the potential range of maximum thickness for steel coils. Typically, steel coils may vary from a few millimeters to several centimeters in their maximum thickness. Determining factors include the intended use of the coils, the type of steel employed, and the capabilities of the manufacturing equipment.
- Q:How are steel coils processed for edge trimming or conditioning?
- Steel coils are processed for edge trimming or conditioning through a series of steps. First, the coils are unwound and fed into a machine that trims the edges to remove any irregularities or imperfections. This process ensures that the edges are smooth and straight. After trimming, the coils may undergo further conditioning, which involves heat treatment or surface coating to enhance their properties and durability. Overall, these processes are essential for producing high-quality steel coils that meet the desired specifications and standards.
- Q:What are the common storage defects in steel coils?
- Some common storage defects in steel coils include: 1. Staining or discoloration: If steel coils are not stored properly, they can be exposed to moisture or chemicals, leading to staining or discoloration. This can affect the appearance and quality of the steel. 2. Rust or corrosion: Steel is susceptible to rust and corrosion if it comes into contact with moisture or is stored in a humid environment. Rust can weaken the steel and compromise its integrity. 3. Coil deformation: Improper stacking or handling of steel coils can result in deformation or bending. This can occur when coils are stored on an uneven surface or subjected to excessive pressure or weight. 4. Surface damage: Steel coils can develop surface scratches, dents, or abrasions if they are mishandled during storage. This can be caused by improper stacking, handling, or transport of the coils. 5. Edge damage: If steel coils are not properly protected or secured during storage, the edges can become damaged. This can include chipping, cracking, or bending of the edges. Edge damage can affect the usability and safety of the steel coils. 6. Coil slippage: When steel coils are not securely stored or stacked, they can slip or roll off, causing damage to the coils themselves and potentially causing harm to nearby personnel or equipment. 7. Contamination: Steel coils can become contaminated if they are stored near or come into contact with substances such as dirt, oil, grease, or chemicals. Contaminants can affect the quality and performance of the steel. 8. Coil nesting: Inadequate spacing or stacking of steel coils can result in coil nesting, where one coil becomes embedded or nested within another. This can lead to damage to the coils, making them difficult to separate and use. To prevent these common storage defects, proper handling, storage, and protection measures should be implemented. This includes storing steel coils in a dry, well-ventilated area away from moisture and chemicals, using appropriate stacking and support structures, and providing adequate protection against impacts and contaminants. Regular inspections and maintenance should also be conducted to identify and address any potential defects or issues.
- Q:I'm in the middle of a remodel and buying appliances. Is there any way to ensure that the stainless steel is the same tone if you get different brands?
- Stainless steel is pretty much stainless steel. The differences in tone you can get is when you get stainless steel look appliances. They tend to be a bit more like a charcoal color than true stainless steel color. When I bought my house, it had a stainless steel GE microwave, dishwasher, and stove, and a Braun stainless steel range hood. When we remodeled last year, we got a Maytag Ice20 stainless steel refrigerator and a Kholer stainless steel sink. They all look fine together.
- Q:rust is not a issue. i was looking a D2 steel but heard story's of it chipping and breaking
- INFI steel used by Busse Combat is probably one of the best steels around right now, but the price reflects that. The heat treat is a HUGE part of the toughness of a steel. A good heat treat can make a bad steel a good one, or a good one a great one. I personally prefer 1095. It's a good ole tool steel on the lower end of the price scale and it holds up well. I've always had good experiences with 1095.
- Q:Can steel coils be welded?
- Yes, steel coils can be welded. Welding is a common method used to join steel coils together or to other steel components, allowing for the formation of strong and durable connections in various applications.
- Q:What are the advantages of using steel coils over other materials?
- There are several advantages of using steel coils over other materials. Firstly, steel is highly durable and has a long lifespan, making it ideal for various applications. Secondly, steel coils have excellent strength and can withstand heavy loads and extreme weather conditions. Thirdly, steel is recyclable and environmentally friendly, ensuring sustainability. Additionally, steel coils provide superior corrosion resistance, reducing maintenance costs. Lastly, steel offers versatility in terms of customization, allowing for various shapes, sizes, and thicknesses to meet specific requirements.
- Q:Is steel case ammo going to mess the gun up or is it just going to wear the parts out faster and if so how much faster? (I am not planning on reloading the rounds)
- First it is almost impossible to reload steel case ammo. It has Berdan primers, which are twice as hard to find re-prime with than regular 'Boxer' type primers. Steel case ammo, which is almost always laquer coated, will not be any more of a wear factor than brass cases, just don't leave a laquered round in a hot chamber, as the laquer will melt cause a jam when the round sticks in the chamber. Even with the price of components on the rise, I'd look into stocking up now! My reloads, including 7,62x39R's, are FAR superior to the surplus on the market, especially the steel-case, which I wouldn't shoot, myself. Once you have the brass cases, reloads are far cheaper than any surplus, to boot.
