Q: Can YOUHOOS at Yahoos give me an idea where I can find a sheetof heavy clear/ or even transparent plastic to put over my window thatnot like this cheap garbage I used from Frost King at home depot.. The last stuff came from a roll and was heavy duty and I don't need a roll of it, I'm just drawing a blank here. And this boxed up stuff sold in cheap discount stores really is garbage 1 mil junk.. Oh, and yes, this is their outdoor stuff , not the shrink indoor kit.... The window is about 4 ft x 6 ft..... 1950 era.....(hence the need for plastic ). I've got a few smaller as well... Q: A lot of the mail I get has a plastic window where the recipient's address is shown underneath. Up to this point, I have been tearing out the plastic and throwing just the paper part of the envelope in the recycle. Is that neccessary? To what extent do recycling plants filter what's coming in?: Its generally OK - but you should check with your local recycling station to be sure. Every place is different. For example, here where we are, they require you to wash everything out well because its a small operation and there are real people around the items, so, to avoid contamination by rodents and bugs, as well as bacteria and the general smell of things, they want you to wash things out thoroughly. However, in the city where my parents live, they can just basically throw most things in the bin, even if they have a bit of food gunk on them. Different rules for different places. So, while it is generally OK to leave the little plastic windows in the envelopes, you specific recycling station may have different requirements.

Shrink wrap will not do that.

Q: I have a Renault Clio authentique 1.2L and it has electric windows....there is a plastic clip attached to the back of the glass that i presume keeps the glass coming up and down at the right angle but it comes up really slowly and some times not at all....i think it has something to do either with the plastic clip or it needs more lubrication.....any help is appreciated. Q: a$$hole, right? and what are they officially called, so i can look them up?: They okorder (this is a site I use all the time). It is almost just as cheap to replace the entire top, as buy new windows.

Q: Can anyone help with a cleaning agent that i could use on the windows to bring them up good, and what should i use on the outside to clean it also: My guess would be vinegar and water.No glass cleaner.
