1.History about aluminum
Aluminium foil is produced by rolling sheet ingots cast from molten billet aluminium, then re-rolling on sheet and foil rolling mills to the desired thickness, or by continuously casting and cold rolling. To maintain a constant thickness in aluminium foil production, beta radiation is passed through the foil to a sensor on the other side. If the intensity becomes too high, then the rollers adjust, increasing the thickness. If the intensities become too low and the foil has become too thick, the rollers apply more pressure, causing the foil to be made thinner.
The continuous casting method is much less energy intensive and has become the preferred process.For thicknesses below 0.025 mm (1 mil), two layers are usually put together for the final pass and afterwards separated which produces foil with one bright side and one matte side. The two sides in contact with each other are matte and the exterior sides become bright, this is done to reduce tearing, increase production rates, control thickness, and get around the need for a smaller diameter roller.

- Hey there, As a paper mache artist, I'm biased, but I think that would be the best medium, or a variation on the medium Here's one I call cloth mache First, use some thin wire mesh (from Home Depot) to push onto your face to make an impression that fits to your faceIf you can't get that, just use aluminum foil Use three or four layers, then push it onto your faceThen get an old bed sheet and tear it into strips first, then use scissors to cut into cloth rectanglesDip these pieces into Elmer's glue until they are soakedSqueeze them out and lay them on top of the mold you made of your face Don't worry about edgesLet dry overnight, then use scissors to trim around the faceCut holes for eyes and nostrilsThen paint (any water based paint will work)Now, having said all that, the high end way of doing this is to get some casting material (like they use if you break your arm)Put vasoline on your face or foil like I said beforeHave someone put the material on your face and dry with a hair dryerMake sure you have holes to breathe though! - just do it in the oven if you don't have a smokerthe direct heat of the charcoal will be too hotLay out some big wide Foil, drench the brisket in Worcestershire sauce, put the run on, wrap it up as tight as I canPlace it in a disposable or size enough broiling pan, into the fridge for 24 hours Set the oven to 225-250, ( I don't have a smoker), it cooks for 10-12 hoursnever touch it Pull it out, clip the corner off the foil, pour all those wonderful juices into a bowlSkim off the fat from the top and you have got the best drippin dipping sauce you can imagineI always have a container along side the meat, It's amazing! If you have canned gravy for taters and such, put 3-4 spoon fulls into it, wakes up pre made gravy like WOW!!! Of course you can make it from scratch and it's even better I buy as large a brisket that looks pretty good, generally around 14-15 lbs, end up trimming off 4 in fat before cooking.
