FAQ

1.What's your MOQ?
25MT, it is for one container.
2.Do you have QC teams?
Yeah, sure, our QC team is very important, they will keep the quality control for our products.
3. What's your normal delivery time?
Our delivery time about 10-20days for standard sizes, if you have other requirements like hardness  and width ,it is about 20-40days. But don't worry ,we also try our best for the delivery time ,because time longer and our cost is higher.
4.Are the products tested before shipping?
Yes, all of our PPGI and GI was qualified before shipping. We test every batch every day

Q: How are steel coils used in the manufacturing of storage systems?
Steel coils are used in the manufacturing of storage systems as they provide structural support and durability. These coils are commonly used to create the framework, shelves, and racks of storage systems, ensuring they can withstand heavy loads and maintain their shape over time. Additionally, steel coils may be used in the production of components like brackets or connectors, which further enhance the stability and functionality of storage systems.
Q: What are the different types of steel coil edge conditioning methods?
There are several different types of steel coil edge conditioning methods, including slitting, cutting, shearing, and edge rolling. Slitting involves cutting the coil into narrower strips, while cutting involves separating the coil into smaller sections. Shearing is a process of cutting the edges of the coil to remove any irregularities or defects. Edge rolling is a method that involves rolling the edges of the coil to create a smoother and more uniform finish.
Q: Can you suggest me names of sites which aids in construction of Pre Fabricated Steel Buildings.
A word of caution, there are many bad steel building contractors out there. Stay with reputable brands such as Butler, Behlen, and Whirlwind. A broker such as Heritage will get you good results but I have heard horror stories about a lot of steel building brokers.
Q: What is the process of uncoiling steel coils?
The process of uncoiling steel coils involves unwinding the tightly wound steel coils using specialized equipment such as uncoiling machines or decoilers. These machines utilize hydraulic or mechanical systems to hold the coil securely while gradually releasing the tension on the coil. As the coil is released, it starts to unwind, with the steel strip gradually straightening out. This process allows for the easy feeding of the steel strip into further production processes such as cutting, stamping, or forming.
Q: ok I got a dpms ar 15 and all i have put though it is good brass 223 ammo but is it ok to shoot the old crappy steel cased wolf ammo out of it will it hurt its function or will it hurt it cosmetically?
Overall it's dirtier. In this age however it's also cheaper. So if you need to stock up. In case. It's still a good option. Fire your brass first.
Q: What are the different types of steel coil finishing tools?
In the metalworking industry, various tools are utilized to finish steel coils, resulting in enhanced appearance and functionality. Common examples of these tools include: 1. Slitting Machines: These machines effectively cut large steel coils into narrower strips by utilizing sharp circular blades. The outcome is multiple smaller coils with desired widths. 2. Levellers: Used to flatten and straighten steel coils, levellers apply pressure to ensure a perfectly flat and even coil. They are particularly beneficial when coils have undergone deformation during the manufacturing process. 3. Recoilers: After slitting or levelling, recoilers rewind steel coils into a tighter and more compact shape. This process is carried out to create coils of specific diameters or sizes. 4. Edge Trimmers: To eliminate excess or uneven edges from steel coils, edge trimmers are utilized. They efficiently remove burrs, rough edges, and any other imperfections, resulting in a clean and smooth finish. 5. Inspection Machines: These machines are employed to examine the quality of steel coils. They detect defects such as surface imperfections, scratches, or dents, ensuring that only high-quality coils are delivered to customers. 6. Coating Machines: To provide protective coatings to steel coils, coating machines are utilized. These coatings, such as paint, zinc, or other materials, prevent corrosion and enhance coil durability. 7. Packaging Machines: Packaging machines securely wrap steel coils, protecting them during transportation and storage. These machines employ plastic or metal straps, shrink wrap, or other packaging materials to ensure the coils remain intact and undamaged. Overall, these diverse steel coil finishing tools are essential in the metalworking industry, enabling manufacturers to produce high-quality and visually appealing steel coils that meet specific customer requirements.
Q: What are the different types of steel coil slitting machines?
There are several different types of steel coil slitting machines, including manual slitters, semi-automatic slitters, and fully automatic slitters. Manual slitters require manual adjustment and operation, while semi-automatic slitters have some automated features but still require some manual intervention. Fully automatic slitters are the most advanced type, with fully automated controls and high-speed operation.
Q: not iron, steel
steel was first used in the 1800s in buildings.
Q: I'm looking to get a track bike/ fixie to ride around the city of Chicago. I've looked at many bikes and they're mostly made out of Hi Ten steel. My old fixie (which was stolen at North Ave Beach) was made out of aluminum (KHS FLITE 100). How big of a difference is it between aluminum and steel? I know steel is heavier but how does it effect the ride? Is a aluminum bike or a steel bike better to get to ride around the bike path and in the city of Chicago?
Depends okorder
Q: steel welding with ms steel iron
Welding austenitic stainless steels to carbon and low alloy steels are established methods in the process and construction industries. Dissimilar metal welds involving stainless steels can be done using most full fusion weld methods, including TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) and MIG (Metal Inert Gas). Weld procedures using filler (consumable) enable better control of joint corrosion resistance and mechanical properties. In selecting the weld filler, the joint is considered as being stainless, rather than the carbon steel. Over-alloyed fillers are used to avoid dilution of the alloying elements in the fusion zone of the parent stainless steel.
