Q: One of my dogs loves it.. I just vacuumed him for about 10 minutes.. he was in heaven! My other two are afraid of the vacuum... lol: My one Mastiff LOVES the vacume cleaner he runs to me and insists i run the hose with a funiture brush over him. He sits still and just drools he is so happy and when i stop he keeps nudging me to keep going. The other mastiff the female likes it when i vacume her but is not as silly to watch as the male is.. he is in love with the vacume down his back. I have never heard of a dog neing hurt by the vacume action..lol LMAO. Allot of pet groomers use a vacume brush on dogs, along with the blow dryers so if the dog is use to being groomed then they have no reason to fear the vacume. It sucks up the lose hair that would other wise shed from them. We used to have a golden retreiver that also loved it. And both my long hair cats have liked it. It is all in how they are treated while use of it and how it is used..as a scare tactic or as a grooming.

Kinda wish I would have got the animal hair one...the DC17. On the down side...it is a beast to move around. S1lent

Q: I had two vacuum cleaners from Bissell. One has a problem with the belt piece and can't be repaired, and the other has started to come apart (roller and roller pin, belt latch, and even the dust cup has come off the vacuum cleaner on its own and not even full.)I have been meaning to get a new vacuum cleaner since both cleaners are pretty old. I have a hard tiled floor in the bathroom, kitchen, and pantry (where my cat has her litter box), and I have a carpeted floor in both the living room and bedroom. I'm on a tight budget and I have to keep my apartment extremely clean for my landlord's random inspections,: Never buy used vacuums.

Q: My two kids have asthma and doctor says we have to vacuum everyday using a vacuum cleaner that has hepa filters. We are a busy couple and currently have an old dyson that we use once a week at the most (and I doubt it has hepa filtration). My wife's friend recommended getting a robot vacuum cleaner for the job.
