Q: I did some research and found that HEPA filters are ideal. I'm just not a vacuum expert, and I don't know which vacuum to use it on. or how.
A house vac, called a central vac is a great idea but they are expensive to have installed. If it is really that important to you, you should look into it. They are also kind of a pain. I own a cleaning business and I would say 75% of my customers have allergies of some sort. I have three Oreck vacuums now. They are great! I use them in multiple houses and allergies are not being bothered at all. These vacs are light, have amazing suction and they have fabric bags that pull allergens and dust mites out of the air as well as off the floors. They switch from carpet to harwood with no foot work. I bought my first one new from Oreck (expensive), then I realized I could get them in near new condition off craigslist so that is what I do now. I bring them to my local Oreck store, have them cleaned and tuned up and they are good to go. I have tried Kenmore, Eureka, Dyson, I had issues with all if them. The nice thing about the Oreck is when you pull the bag out of the vac, it closes while you pull so there are no dust clouds choking you like bag-less. Hope this helps!
Q: I am about to purchase a new vacuum cleaner. Does anyone have any good advice on a good brand?
I LOVE my Roomba by iRobot! It's great for day in and day out regular cleaning! Even my teenage sons don't mind vacuuming with it! You just turn it on and it does the rest, even goes back to its home base to recharge when it's finished. The only thing you ever have to bother with is dumping the lint filter and occasionally cleaning the beater brush. And my mother loves hers! (and her Scooba, the robot that sweeps, mops, scrubs and dries hard surface floors!) But for deep cleaning, my Rainbow wins hands down... So, I have both, obviously. I've had experience with Hoovers and Orecks and so forth, but these are my top two choices.
Q: I cannot afford a dyson vacuum. Would like to spend under $100.00
ignore the vacuum air purifier - it is going to finally scratch your floor to bits. safeguard a dampened wascloth on your broom instead (via ability of a hair bobble or rubber band) sweep over the floor and convey jointly all the dirt and hair with out blowing it everywhere. i got here upon this to be a plenty greater ordinary technique and greater thorough too. try it.
Q: i Can anyone give me more suggestions on this question. I have a collie that lives in my house at times, an carpet an vinyl floors in my house. Is there something better than the Miele S5981 Capricorn with SEB-236 Power brush.
Shop vacs are the best.
Q: For me, it's vacuum cleaners :#92;
A Squeaky Door:(
Q: im just really curious about it and whats the difference with the conventional vacuum cleaner?is it worth buying?
Depends on the useage. They put out steam and suck it back up with dirt. Problem is too much steam may cause mildew in a carpet. Another type uses a water cannister instead if a bag. They are excellent because dirt dust goes into the water to be tossed out instead of filtering back into the air as conventional vacs do. Believe not recent TV ads. they are not the origional nor the best. I have had a better one for many years.
Q: Preferbly cheap
Do those even exist? I have been to gift shops all over Disney WOrld many times and never recalled seeing such a thing.
Q: Hello! I was wondering if Vacuum cleaners get rid of germs. I mean, when I think about it, doesn't it probably suck all the germs up? Perhaps it may not kill germs, but it at least gets rid of them on a particular surface(like the carpet.)And if they don't get rid of germs, than how can I get rid of germs on the carpet? I know that Steam Cleaning and shampooing the carpet are good measures, but I don't want to do that on like a weekly basis. I am looking for something that can get rid of germs at least once a week.
in the event that they thieve a Dyson vacuum purifier...why no longer? permit me in basic terms plug my new Dyson into my pals capability grant and wallah! vacuuming with a Dyson is the hot borrowing gray Poupon? out of your pals Bently..yay!
Q: What is the best vacuum to buy when you have dogs. I need something good at picking up dirt and hair. I know a kirby is good but I dont have tht kind of money.
i was just gunna answer ur ? then i seen the details...lol i was gunna say a kirby.....i have that one it works great and its more than just a vacuum....but other than that i would say one of the ones u see on tv....i had one it worked good but i just dont remember the name of it all i know is its on commercials and with an old guy. haha
Q: I just bought Kirby Sentria vacuum cleaners for $1400. The salepersons were here for 5 hours doing their demo.I kind of am changing my mind I have had it for less then 2 hours. The paper says that I have 3 days to change my mind. Should I keep it or take it back?Is it hard to take it back?
You should have no trouble taking it back. Call the number on your paperwork and also WRITE them a letter and keep a copy. (just to cover your a$$). But do it right away. Personally, I LOVE mine.
