Q: I recently got a Motorola RAZR V3i. I got Mobile Phone Tools off the internet as well. When I hook my phone up to my computer via usb cable, MPT opens and there is a phone on my screen. But it doesn't recognize my phone. And no matter what format, the ringtones and pictures are in the wrong one. Can anyone help me?
The cell-phone only works, when recognizing by the MPT. There can be more than one defect. Check the cable (possibly newinstallation). Check the battery of the phone ( must be full). Check the MPT installation. Check Ur steps to conect the phone.
Q: I was just recently promoted to a Mobile Phones Consultant at work. I am a great sales person, but I do not have much knowledge on cell phones. What are some websites than can help me prepare for this position? I start in two weeks! Thank you.
for more than 10 websites 4 phones go to video link given and go to channel of it by clicking on uploader] please comment
Q: For Christmas I got a T-Mobile Sidekick Id cell phone. Is it possible for me to transfer my Sprint Samsung Rant Sim card into my T-Mobile sidekick?
Sprint doesnt use sim cards. They use CDMA networking ( no sim cards) TMobile and atT use sim cards. Plus sprint wont activate a nonsprint branded phone. The phone has to be from sprint
Q: If you have a t-mobile phone you know that your phone sometimes says other services than t-mobile under the service indicator. Because when your t-mobile service is down the netowrk works off of the other towers. Anyway, my t-mobile service is always two bars or less in my home area. I use to be able to work off of cellularone and att but now it says SOS. How do I make it not say SOS so I can work off of the stronger tower in my area? If I won't be able to make it stop, how can I boost my t-mobile service? Don't say get another phone cause I can't. I'm under two year contract. Thanks.
Well unfortunately you cant make the SOS go away thats just an indicator that you dont have service. There is something you can buy called a service booster, sold at Best Buy, T - Mobile, or any online store (Amazon, OKorder, and so on) these boosters may increase your service but you cant just feed off of another network by option. The reason your phone would say Cellular One or Att is just by chance not because you could control it. Apparently those cell providers have blocked their service from t-mobile users. Hope this helps!
Q: a friend of mine wants to make an Yahoo Email account but he does not want to give his mobile phone number. What other way is there to do this?
Hi, Ask other Gmail Account Holders to Invite You.
Q: i dont want to resign for 2 years with nextel, but i need a new phone. if i buy a boost mobile phone ( looking at the i9 Stature) will i just be able to put in my nextel sim and it work? I have heard it will but it needs to be unlocked first, what does that mean?
Ok here is the dealBoost Mobile is Nextel's prepaid phone service. Even though they are pretty much the same company unfornately you still can't interchange the sim cards because of Nextel being programmed as a contract service and Boost is programmed as a prepaid service. Unlocking the phone has nothing to do with the sim card but with the Esn or Meid number which is found on the sticker underneath your battery on your phone. Some retailers will take that number and unlock it so that you can use that phone on any carrier that you wish but you have to find a company that will do that. Without the phone being unlocked you are stuck having to use the phone on the given carrier it belongs to. I hope this has helped and God Bless!
Q: Im a 15 year old girl and im looking for a mobile phone which has good features and looks stylishSomething cute and nice in Sony Ericcson or NokiaPlease could you suggest? and yeah I dont mind the price.
for your age, buy a SE c510. it has smile shutter and face detection
Q: I was wondering could i flash my virgin mobile rumor 2 phone to metro pcs.if anyone knows please let me know thanks.
No you can't . Metro PCS does not currently support Virgin Mobiles to be flashed to their network. VM phones are generally near impossible to hack anyway. Verizon, Alltel, Sprint phones are much easier to flash to Metro, but only if you're in a market where it is offered. New Trimode markets don't offer flashing. Older markets do. Ask your local Metro provider which market you are in.
Q: If I already have a contract with T-Mobile, and have one of their cell phones, could I go to a T-Mobile store, and just buy a new phone, and transfer my existing SIM Card to it, without having to start a new/extend my contract?
yes no problem. if the contract is live you could easily transfer it (your sim) to another T-mobile phone or even better, any open line phone Most phones from the manufacturer are shipped open line meaning you could use it with almost any other sim card. Once the phone goes through a service provider however (such as T-mobile), they usually 'sim lock the phone. this is the service provider's way of protecting their investment on the phone unit. this means that should you decide to change sim cards, the old phone will only work if you get the sim card from the service provider that provided the phone in the first place. In your case, should you decide to use or give away your old phone, this will only work if the new sim card comes from T-mobile.
Q: I had a boost mobile phone a long time ago and ive heard its changed now but im not sure. i just want to know if it still takes forever to open a text message or send one because that does get really annoying and im not gonna get one if it is still like that
I'm joining the club as well. Haven't been able to receive texts since about 9:30 this morning haven't been able to send any out since then as well. Can still receive phone calls get on the internet. Just called VM Customer Service heard the pre-recorded message as well. What a huge pain in the butt this is.
