Q: I dropped my hot iron on my carpet. It left an iron burn mark on my brand new carpet. Do I need to replace the entire carpet? Or is there a solution to this?: You could have the carpet repaired. If you just had it done most likely you have a small amount of left over contact your installer and have them come over and patch it. They will cut out the burned area and glue in a new piece it will be invisible to the eye. Good Luck!

Q: Today I placed my laptop on the living room rug for a little while, and when I picked it back up I could feel little tiny bumps on the base of it. So I turned my laptop upside down and I could see about 30 or so super tiny bugs that were crawling around. They are so small that it's hard to say what color they are. What happens is all the soap doesn't get picked up and eventually it dries and settles into the carpet where it attracts even more dirt particles..
