—— Normally the MOQ is 1382.4 m2 for one 20’ container. To support our clients, we could go with 3 models to fill one container at most.

- Yes, wet saws leave unfinished edges. They're meant to cut a tile not finish it. You didn't mention what type of tile you're dealing with, but I'm going to assume its ceramic for the sake of this answer. You have a few options. First, you can finish with an oak counter trim piece. Many home improvement retailers sell them unfinished. You can buy one, stained and seal it, then silicon it on. Second, you can bullnose. Remember here, a line of grout can be your friend. It will help give an overall finished appearance. Third, some styles of tile (usually the expensive ones) come with something called a V-cap. It looks exceptional on counter top edges. It will give a rounded appearance to your edging. A bead of grout finishes the bottom. I hope you bought this tile at a home improvement retailer with employees on site to help you. Go back to the store and talk over ideas with them. Take a sample of the tile with you. - Q: I am planning on tiling the backsplash area of my kitchen. I am using 6x6 ceramic porecelin tile (roman stone). The dimensions of the area is 17x60. When i went to scrape the original paint off of the wall I will be tiling, the first thin layer of the drywall came off with the paint. This layer is paper thin. I went to Home Depot and they told me to use Zissner 123 sealer. I put on two coats and the wall seems sealed pretty good. I will be using Mastic as my adhesive. Do you think that I will be ok tiling three tiles high (first tile is laying on the granite countertop) without using a backerboard. Will the drywall be able to hold the mastic/tile even though I ripped off a thin layer of drywall but sealed it with 123 sealer?
- Based on your description, maybe dark brown would be better as it will provide a better contrast with your current kitchen color scheme. - There is a couple of ways to do this. First and easiest way it to tile the whole splash back and then fix the socket fronts direct over the tiles. The one problem with this is that there may be clearance behind the socket and the tiles (Tile joints etc). If you do go down this route the tiles over the socket points need to be cut to allow the cables to pass through and you will need to drill holes through the tiles to screw the socket covers on. Drilling tiles is very easy, use a high speed metal drill bit and using the highest speed on the drill drill slowly through the tiles. You can use masking tape over where the holes are to be drilled to stop the drill bit from wandering. The second way to do this is to fix the sockets directly into there wall backing plates and tile around them. If there is a height difference between the surface of the tile and the front of the socket you can play around with the socket backing plate using spacers behind the backing plate to bring it forward until flush. The big advantage of doing it this way is that the sockets and the tiles are flush and there is no issues with the seal behind the socket front. In my opinion it also looks a lot better.

If not, then if there is a miscut, there would be no way to replace that tile. Secondly you mention that you want a curved cut, many wet saw setups are for straight cuts, which the retail establishment that I work at has. They usually charge only for straight cuts. Curved cuts are labor intensive and call for many small straight cuts. My recommendation, invest in a rotozip, or dremel and make the cut on your own.
