Q: So i just bought it and it says for diesal or gasoline engines. But when i look online it says diesal vehicles and off road gasoline vehicles. For marine equiptment as well. Would i be ok putting it in my gas f150?
It would probably be fine but it's a waste of money. Most of the additives you see in stores are nothing more than a high octane gasoline product the may or may not clean anything.

Depends on how much they put in and what your overall oil capacity is. But yea, it can do it if in high enough concentration. I would think there would have been some mad ticking before it went. If so, then Id say yes. If its compleatly seized then see if it can be freed, use some restore oil additive and let that sit in the engine for a day or so, then crank. But yeah, they should be liable.

Engine flushes were commonly needed back in the '60's because the oil additives in use then were much less capable of keeping the bad stuff in the oil in suspension and removing it from the engine oil is drained. With today's type SF and SG oils this simply is not a problem. Hawking engine oil flushes today is akin to selling Snake Oil and only the inexperienced quick lube employees who are brainwashed to sell sell sell believe it is of any benefit in a normal operation and maintainance program. A cooling system flush about every 30 to 50 thousand miles along with the installation of new coolant is good maintainance.
