Polyanionic Cellulose referred to as PAC, is made from natural cellulose by chemical modification and the obtained water-soluble cellulose ether derivatives, is an important water-soluble cellulose ether, its sodium salt is usually applied. Polyanionic Cellulose has good heat stability and salt tolerance, anti-bacterial and strong. The product is prepared with a good drop of fluid mud water loss, inhibition, higher temperature resistance. Widely used in oil drilling, especially offshore oil drilling wells and salt water.

- Lisa, As a last resort. I used Lucas transmission additive and it fixed a slight shifting problem. I am still driving that car with lucas in the tranny. The additive was a last resort, as I had a replacement. If I did use an oil additive, I would add it, run 1000 miles, do an oil change. Use factory recommended oil grade and see if that makes a difference

- They are all pretty much the same. Doesn't matter what brand you get. Just like gas, 15 different brands, but they all pretty much sell the same thing. If you want to save money, I buy my additive by the gallon, at truck stops. It is a fuel system cleaner that treats diesel and gas engines. It cost about $28. Cleans injector, carbureators, fuel induction, pistons, valves, etc. 1 gallon treats something like 400 gallons. It is kind of thick. So I just give it a quick sploosh into the gas filler neck each time I change the oil. The only exception to this, is I have had good luck with chevron/techron fuel system cleaner. Kind of pricy $8 only treats 10 gallons. But has worked wonders on both of my Cadillacs. I was reluctant, but word of mouth was the deciding factor.

- James is right. My little brother had one. Next to a harley it was the biggest POS I ever threw a leg over. A big heavy 750 with the power of a 250. If you don't have the physical dexterity and confidence to shift gearslike my brother, motorcycles are probably not for you.

With smokeless powder, the methane produced is burning off when it hits the atmosphere. In black powder, it takes a long barrel for all the powder to burn efficiently. What doesnt ignites in the air, making that huge yellow or purplish flash. This is due to low Oxygen balance of powder. It could be improved with more oxidants, but that corrodes bores. Gunpowders are a necessary compromise. And, Double Based powders already Contain. GTN. (N****gly******)

- something that has been just rebuilt shouldn't need any kind of additive, take it back to whoever rebuilt or installed it and have them fix it, probably just an adjustment on the outside of the transmission.

- Yea I like some additives though. I like getting papers, going to the tinder box and getting some shag tobacco with some tasty pipe tobacco and rolling my own unfiltered. They also sell blunt wraps so you can roll your own cigars with the pipe tobacco. Good stuff.
