Sigh...headache....headache.
- The CPU fan not spinning would be my first guess but if it is spinning then the settings in the BIOS are probably wrong. Let the BIOS detect the cpu and manually enter the correct timings from the sticker on your RAM. If you can't even get in the BIOS, you need to replace your motherboard.

- Its on your motherboard factory web site. usually there is a 4 or 8 pin for the mobo PCI bridge, sata, pata, power connectors for drives. smaller for floppy, blue wire for PSU fan speed report. just find out what FORM you need, most are ATX.

- You should have no problem keeping the power cables separate from any audio or video cables. You might get some interference from the power cables if you don't.
