Q:I have a w385 Krzer on Boost Mobile's UNLTD plan. I like the Krzer and all but I'd like a new phone but keep the same number and plan. I was just on their site and was looking at all their phones but there is no option to buy a new phone in replacement of your other. the Krzer w385 does not have a SIM card so I can't but another phone online to swap card into I don't think. I know that they would just give offers to random people, but for a phone upgrade all you could do is buy a new phone. The only time you would get a cheaper or new phone would be if they were having a sale on the phone or a promotion. Things might have changed but thats how it was. And that renews each month. i've got in no way had any problems with them, and consistently stumbled on the shopper help very reliable. desire that helps. xx

Straight Talk will not accept a Boost Mobile phone, period. 2.) Boost Mobile phones are not compatible with Straight Talk's GSM SIM cards. 3.) Boost Mobile phones with SIM card slots are either iDEN (which will not work with a GSM SIM card), or are locked from being used outside of Boost Mobile.

Q:i have a t-mobile phone with an att sim card, it says i need a subsidy code,anybody work for t-moble or att that knows: Hi Lawson The T-mobile phone is sim locked, what that means is that the phone will only work with a T-Mobile sim. Depending on the model and make of the phone, there are different ways you can go about unlocking the phone to work with the att sim. You can get the subsity code for free from T-Mobile if you have an current account with them and have been with them at least 90 days. If you do, phone them, request the code, reason is that you will be travelling out of country and want to use that contrys sim. If you do not have a t-mobile account, find a freind that does and have them call. Without you listing the make and model, I can not tell you other ways you might go about getting it unlocked
