1. General information of Multistage Centrifugal Oil Pump

Type AYD middle pressure multistage centrifugal pumps are designed and manufactured according to BB4 pump specification in API610-10TH and the patents of Great Pump.

2. Performance of Multistage Centrifugal Oil Pump:

Capacity: Q = 3~70 m3/h

Head: H = 125~600 m

Working temperature: T = - 20~300 degree centigrade

3. Structure Features of Multistage Centrifugal Oil Pump:

1) Structured radial split, both ends support, multistage and ring section design. 

2) The suction stage, discharge stage and the section rings are all made of integrate forgings 

 without manufacturing defects, which makes the pump long life span.

3) The stage of the pump can be as much as 12 stages. Since the pumps shaft is rigid enough with small stationery deflection,

 it can run smoothly with low vibration.

4) The axial thrust is taken by the balancing disc and balancing drum completely, while the thrust bearing functions 

 to protect the thrust system and the mechanical seal.

5) Either rolling or sliding bearings can be used. The bearing housing can be cooled by water. 

  No cooling is required, in the case that the temperature of working product is not more than 60 degree centigrade.

6) All kinds of cartridge mechanical seals specified in API 682 can be used to meet different working conditions.

7) In the case of heavy duty, independent oil station may be applied.

8) In order to monitor and protect the operation condition of the pumping unit, sensing instruments 

  to measure the working temperature, pressure, vibration, displacement etc. Up to DCS may be supplied.
