Q: I have a dell desktop and i got this few months ago. All the sudden my keyboard does not work. And this happened several times and when this happens I just changed the usb outlet. But now i used them all so it doesnt work! im now using the on screen keyboard, but this is a pain clicking each letter. I know there would be someone that can help me out here! HELP!
maybe you plugged it in wrong. once its plugged in restart the computer.
Q: can someone give me a web page which shows the difference of keyboards now and them in the past
For the most part there have been no changes, the keyboard is taken from the type-writer so if you want to see how it used to be I recommend looking at that. The keyboard is setup so your fingers are on or close to the keys that are mostly used in the English language.
Q: i want a keyboard for my laptop to plug into my sound card so i can edit an mix music what keyboard shall i get for a beginner also what do i look for when getting a keyboard for my pc ???/thnks
Logitech Keyboard K120 is exactly what I was looking for. The keys are raised just enough (not too flat) and it has a quiet sound. Simple, concise keys in standard locations. I also like having the larger backspace key which a lot of other lower priced keyboards do not have. Great price and good quality. Good seller too! i
Q: hii was wondering if there is a way to find out the exact model number of a laptop keyboard ?I have a Toshiba Satellite P105-9337 and need to change my keyboard (dropped stuff on it).thanks a lot!
You didn't need to buy a keyboard because you have in the start there i a program and you see in the top accessories you click On screen keyboard. Hoping that helps OK!
Q: i want to buy a keyboard soon that will have the ability add more beats to it. is that possible? like for it to have some sort of external memory that you can add new beats to it. or you can connect it to the computer!?or just an electric keyboard that is just vary interactive like the one that light up to help you learn? whats that called?
Yes, there are definitely keyboards available like that. Keyboards are pretty expensive though. You need to shell out $500-$1000 for a good one. Also, you should try and get one with the full 88 keys.
Q: i need to get a driver for my keyboard. i dont know where to get one though.
Xp doesnt need driver.so maybe connecting pins are broken and therez a loose contact .purchase another keyboard or get the pins fixed
Q: I am going to take keyboard lessons soon and need to procure an instrument. I went to a lot of places but I'm not sure what the difference is between digital pianos and keyboards. Can I learn how to play the keyboard on a digital piano or should I just get a keyboard?
If you are thinking about playing the piano as a hobby and for enjoyment only, I would get a digital piano with weighted keys; the keys are almost identical to a real piano's, but the sound is electronic. With weighted keys, you'll be able to better develop touch sensitivity and further grasp the feel for dynamics. The downside of digital pianos is that they are more expensive and not very mobile, yet I would still get this as it would last a lifetime and is of substantially better playing quality than a keyboard. But of course, it depends on the context of your use. On the other hand, if you are thinking about seriously studying and exploring the sound and mechanics of a piano, I would definitely get an acoustic piano. An acoustic piano just has that magical sound, that ringing vibration, that brings the music to life. You can't replace the touch or sound of an acoustic piano with an electric one. I would recommend using an acoustic if you are planning on being classically trained.
Q: i dont speak english good i'm native french so i am wondering if i can find a french keyboard to talk french with my friends? money is not problem merci
agree with OKorder
Q: helphow can i open my hp 6710 laptop keyboard ???thnx
I okorder
Q: I was wondering what is keyboard to start off with. I'm 14 btw, if that matters lol. But anyways I very interested in playing the keyboard. What is a good keyboard to start off with? I really do t want a keyboard that sounds crappy youvknow just s nice decent one. ThanksHappy New Years Eve :)
I recommend a keyboard with full-size, piano-weighted keys. That way as you learn, you'll also get a feel for the piano. It may be a little more expensive, but you won't grow out of it. The Casio PX130 Privia is a good example of this. Whatever keyboard you get, just make sure it has MIDI OUT so that you can connect it to a computer when you get more advanced. That way you can use the keyboard as a MIDI controller--controlling the sound patches and sequencing software in your computer. Then the sound possibilities are endless. Because of this, the built-in sounds and recording abilities of the keyboard by itself aren't really that important.
