Q:When I got my piercing done there was quite alot of blood, it was caked into my hair and all over my ear, I went home and cleaned it up with cotton buds and then went out. If you're really worried, there's no harm in seeing a doctor just to make sure, but they may just reassure you that you just happen to be someone whose ears get a lot of circulation. Eventually, my friend just took hers out because, as you probably know, it takes around a year for it to heal well enough, and hers would continue to bleed when it tugged as she slept or hit it or anything so I'm not sure if it ever would have eased up.

Q:My ear looks like it has enough space to fit a scaffold piercing through the top but when I feel it I'm not too sure.: Yeah you should be able to get it done. Go talk to a piercer they can help you out.

Find a better piercer and have them look it out and change the jewelry if they need to. Since it's unhealed you don't want to mess with it yourself.

Some places it could be like $30 - $60 and at other places it could be $60 - $100. Call some shops and ask them. Where I live, at one piercing shop they do piercings for $50 and at another one they do them for like $80

Q:I know guns are supposed to be unsanitary and not good for you, BUT I want to get an industrial piercing on my left ear and I'm terrified of the needle. I currently have a cartilage (helix) piercing on my right ear that I got done with a gun, it didn't hurt a lot and healed quickly. I just want to know how bad a needle is compared to a gun and whether anybody has gotten an industrial using a gun.
