Specification: 300*300*13   300*600*13   600*600*13   600*1200*13

Detail introduction:
The main material is microlite, improved process through technology innovation. It took far infrared heating system to realize the transmission from low temperature to a higher temperature on ground, and it passed the authority of the state certification, the detection and identification.

intelligent heating panel has four mainly systems: surface layer system, insulating system, temperature control system and heating system.

The Advantages of intelligent heating panel as follows:

Healthy and environmental friendly, it is adopted general power without pollution and noise, which is green environmental protection product commented by international countries. By using far infrared heating technology, human body can receive the wave length with 9.38μm of far infrared ray, which can improve blood circulation, promote metabolism, and is good at health.

Safe and energy-saving: Panel and its insulating layer are adopted without formaldehyde, radiation and deformation. The microlite material can be used recycling with wearing, safe and environmental friendly characteristics. Heat storage, energy-saving, water-proof, anti-corrosion etc. index are higher than national standards. By heating rapidly, the floor panel and floor can store the heating energy with keeping warm long time, and energy saving efficiency significantly.

High efficiency and high speed: Fast heating which is several times of traditional ground heating product (water heating, heating cable etc.) Normally, it just need 15 minutes, you can feel the gradually higher temperature obviously, which is 180 times than electricity heating and 10 times than water heating with high heating efficiency and the biggest heating areas.

Long life and stable: Schneid intelligent heating panel can be used over 100,000 hours in normally with characteristics of long life and heating efficiency equilibration.

Economical and practical: Schneid intelligent heating panel provided with maintenance for free for whole life, which can be installed in one room or in wash room with very low cost.

Cost-saving: Take 100㎡ general house as an example, it will cost you 500yuan per month with 24 hours opening per day. That is only 16yuan per day. If use it at home when off duty, the charge of electricity just 200yuan. In addition, the thermostat can be assembled in every room. According to the need to regulate time, achieve heating controllable and economical.

Easy installation: On smooth ground and wall surface, Shu naide intelligent heat panel can be freely combined, which does not need cement mortar, does not destroy the original ground, and wall surface, can be easily maintenance.

Field of application:Schneid intelligent heat panel can be widely used in families, enterprises and institutions office buildings, hotels, schools, hospitals, leisure centers, sports stadiums, commercial buildings, and suitable for almost all the floor, wall decoration.

Q: I have a low pitched roof so there isn't that much room up there hands and knees only.I have no eave ventilation but the ventilation is through the front and back of the house through triagle metal caps cut into the wood siding. I already have some R19 in the ceiling joists but was wondering would putting it in the rafters against the plywood holding the shingles also help insulate the living area of the house.
No blowing in some insulation will help but putting insulation against the roof wont help. the attic area is supposed to breath to avoid condensation and overheating. The only thing you would put on the roof side would be to help cooling in summer since the shingles heat up the wood underneath and heats the attic, which then works down through the ceiling.
Q: My home is shaped like a square box. The four corners of the upper level have the roof pitch from the gables protruding into the rooms. The attic has no insulation and I need to insulate it. There is access from the attic to look down into the wall/ceiling that protrudes into the room. I can insulate the attic myself but the surface area of these protrusions is rather large. What would be the best way to get insulation down in there? Shoot the insulation in and poke it with a stick to make sure there is good coverage down in the wall space? The opening is about 6 inches high.Thanks.
You need to have an air space between the roof and your insulation to prevent moisture build up on the inside and ice damming on the exterior. So you want to insulate the ceiling of the room, not the roof. For the angled protruding parts they make inserts that go between the joists to give 1-2" of air space under the roof and you can put insulation under that against the wall of the room. Remember that it's trapped air that insulates so don't overstuff when you push it in there. It sounds like you don't have access behind the vertical walls. You may need to break through the plaster between the studs to get in there and put insulation on the wall of the room and on top of the ceiling below. Then get some sheetrock and spackle to repair the hole you had to make, or you can make an insulated removable panel and use that area for storage. But don't store anything in there that can't take heat/cold.
Q: I'm thinking of converting my brick walled corrugated iron shed into a changing room for winter hot tub use. I was advised by a friend that the first thing i should do is insulate the roof using glass fibre insulation (the yellow fluffy stuff in the loft) and a simple Plywood ceiling but im not sure how i would stick it to the existing roof (dimensions 170cm x 147cm). So..... how should i insulate the roof of my future changing room????
If the roof has joists, which I imagine it would, you would put the bats of insulation into those spaces... these can then be stapled into place or if that isn't possible, you can run a wire between the joists to hold the bats in place. If using faced insulation be sure to put the paper side towards the warm area (inside) to prevent condensation.
Q: or in queensland
I think it is 10 australian doller per hour of 200 sq yd of roofing .It differ state to state
Q: My new room is an addition to a mobile home, and has a single-layer metal roof. I have 3 "main" concerns. What are the cheapest and/or most effective ways of eliminating them?1. No heat insulation- cold air sinks from the roof to my room, and my warm air rises to the roof and cools.2. Condensation forms on the inside and drips occasionally. My computer, bike, and downhill boards are in here!3. It seems like bugs could easily get into my room, but that's just a suspicion.
You really need a correct "building paper" under the iron. It is aluminum with a tar sandwiched between...You can also use plastic sheeting as a vapor barrier..
Q: if you had snow and all the snow is off your roof and the house nex store has snow do we need insulation?
remember the front of your house is the back of your neighbors house across the street when looking at the roof
Q: So I'm renovating an old farmhouse with a metal roof and there is no insulation in the attic. I was up in the attic checking for leaks since we just got some freezing rain and it is currently melting I thought now was the perfect time to check. I found no leaks but I did notice the roof was sweating with noticeable beads of water in many places and many of the 2x4's that act as the frame were damp, although none were rotted (I found that odd as the house is approx. 140 years old and those are the original 2x4's. I could tell that the attic does have vents so I guess it dries out before rotting or mold occurs.. but makes me wonder if I put down some roll-in faced R-30 Owens Corning Insulation and then add a plywood floor over top if everything will be fine.. or not so fine..
You need to make a determination as you if you want your attic to be conditioned or unconditioned. If you want it unconditioned, you need to make sure you have venting up high and soffit vents to allow air in. You would then insulate the floor with batts or blown cellulose or blown fiberglass. If you want the attic to be conditioned space, you would insulate the roof itself. For this I would recommend contacting a spray foam company and get their opinion. Spray foam is great for insulating roofs but it has to be done right.
Q: I gutted the room and now would like to rebuild. One side of the room slants (it's the roof) and the other side of the room is a dormer (all low ceilings).I want to insulate the ceiling but have no ridge vents so no moving air as someone mentioned I should have. I want to install foam channels to keep the insulation away from the roof but not sure if this is a good idea without the ridge vents. I will have a vent to the outside installed on the very top of the roof however and the small attic space is open all the way through the other two upstairs rooms and I will add another roof vent on that end of the house. I will only be able to install 3 inch insulation but that's better than none at all. I live in the northeast and was told if the job isn't done right I can get ice jams in winter. Also I don't see any way to drill ridge vents. would it be ok to just install the styrofoam channels and insulate then sheet rock or am I asking for trouble? Thanks in advance for any help.
Suggestion: install the insulation with the foam channels but leave the center section (roof ridge area) open from end to end. At each end you can install a static vent or an active one. Depending on the amount of space you have you may be able to install a power vent.If you can send me a diagram with measurements I can give you a more definitive answer.
Q: i like to put a layer of sand in roofing instead of insulation. it's fireproof and insulates better. plus it's free. how much weight can ceiling board handle? I find about 15 inches poured into the roof works fine so far. Saves me about $1600 each house built
first sand is very heavy and will probably exceed the loading on the roof and walls the extra reinforcing you would need to make the house SAFE would far outway any savings
Q: We had a water leak in our pipes in our foundation and had to re-route our pipes along our roof. We have tried some really basic insulation for piping, but it usually deteriorates very quickly due to sun light and wind. What are some ways we can insulate our pipes effectively without having to re-insulate every month? This has to be something fairly simple and inexpensive. We aren't looking for perfect insulation, just something that will keep the water warm in the winter and cool in the summer.
they sell insulation at the home improvement stores. if you have tried that type then you will need to call a proffessional to insulate with fiberglass and wrap with tin protective cover. depends how cold it gets you may have to use heat tape also.
