- Sweep or vacuum floors first then use a heavy duty cleaner such as a polish remover. Your manufacturer should be able to recommend a good product here. Avoid a do it all product that will leave a residue and attract dirt and make your floor look dull. Your floor will get some use and wear down so renew it with an acrylic floor polish. Follow label directions. Spot clean spills and marks as soon as they show.

- Linoleum would work for a while but won't last long on a dance floor. Most dance floors are hardwood, seamless tile or vinyl sheathing and none of it is cheap. Building supply stores would have whatever you decide on or could order it for you.

- I've been to a few concerts where they offered floor + seats, and I always had a seat. Which is fine, if you get a close spot. But then I've been to some that are floor only, and I honestly like that much more. You can see fine, unless someone really tall stands in front of you, on whic case you can just move over. It's a much better experience overall, and a lot more fun :)
