Introduction
FRP Molded Grating is a structural panel which uses high-strength E-Glass roving as reinforcing material, thermosetting resin as matrix and then casted and formed in a special metal mold. It provides properties of light weight, high strength, corrosion resistance, fire resistance and anti-skid. FRP Molded Grating is widely used in oil industry, power engineering, water & waste water treatment, ocean survey as working floor, stair tread, trench cover, etc. and is an ideal loading frame for corrosion circumstances.

- Q:but I feel like scratching every where.help!like my back,legs mostly aww
- Are you allergic to any soaps, lotions, or materials? (cotton, polyester etc) Could be that.
- Q:I want to use fleece bedding because it sounds much easier to clean up poops. I was wondering what you are supposed to put under the fleece to absorb the pee??? Please only answer if you have used fleece in a guinea pig cage!
- i use fleece at the moment. i put a layer of newspaper on the bottom, then two layers of towels, then two layers of fleece. its brill but make sure when you buy your fleece to wash it 4 times to get rid of the waterproof barrier else the wee stays on the top and doesnt get wicked away to the underbeddings
- Q:Can I Deep/Steam clean my Polyester Fiber couches?
- Yes, you can. Make sure you get all the water out.
- Q:GRG glass fiber reinforced gypsum and GRC in the time of inspection data, make examination supervision. I wonder if these two items need to be called again
- Any re examination shall be sent to the supervision of Party B, Party B shall require the written examination, Party A according to the custom written notification: re qualified expenses (including Party A) people should pay, not qualified is paid by Party B.
- Q:For a costume, I plan on making durable, hard hooves. Many people have suggested using fibercloss coated with polyester resin as a layer on top of foam that is coated with Plaster of Paris. So, I‘ve never used fiberglass coth or resin before, and I don‘t intend to use it except for this project.Where can I get it from? How much does it cost?I‘m sure I need goggles and gloves. A respirtory mask? Can I paint it?These questions sound dumb, but honestly I‘ve never heard of this stuff until it was suggested.
- Hobby Shop, like Hobby Lobby or Hardware Store. I do not know cost these days, but would expect about $2 per square foot. I do not think a simple mask will protect you from fumes. You may want to work in a well ventilated area. Yes, you can paint it, after it hardens. If the surface is too smooth for the paint to stick well, you can rough it up with sandpaper, or possibly use a special primer.
- Q:How do you get wax off of cloth made of:64%polyester,33%rayon & 3% spanddex?
- Put the cloth in a freezer and freeze the wax, when it's frozen then take it out of the freezer and it should be brittle enough for you to be able to break it off easily. After that if you find that there is still wax inside the weave of the threads then wick it out with a good paper towel and an iron. Place a folded sheet of paper towel underneath the cloth where the wax spot is, then another over top of the wax and iron it. The heat of the iron will melt the wax and the fibres of the paper should wick the melted wax upwards. Repeat until you think you have enough of the wax out and then wash it with Pine Sol. This should help eliminate the wax.
- Q:I put a hot pot on a blue 80%polyester 20%polyamide dish cloth. The cloth melted onto the bottom of the saucepan. How do I get the cloth off the bottom of the pan? My mom is gonna be very very very mad! Do I soak the pan in hot soapy water or cold soapy water? Do I use oven cleaner? Use ajax? HELP !
- Try this method for removing wax, it might work. Scrape away as much wax as you can. Place a portion of a brown paper bag on top of the wax. Press the tip of a warm iron gently over the affected area until the wax melts and attaches to the paper. Lift the paper. Good luck.
- Q:i need to dye some poly cotton, it takes the dye well and looks great when wet but when it dries it has these dark pink speckles all over it. i need it to be light pink what am i doing wrong, i thought i didnt‘ mix the salt in properly, but i am pretty sure i did
- The problem with polyester and all synthetics is that they are basically plastic; they are nonporous and will not absorb. Microscopically, it's like the difference between a cotton woven dishcloth and a plastic colander. If you put water in the colander, it basically runs through, water on the cloth will be absorbed. Now if you put honey on the colander, you will notice that the honey will stick to the colander and coat it. (It still will not be absorbed, but it will stick.) That's the same with dyes. On a microscopic level, the dye sticks to and coats the polyester fiber. Since cotton absorbs the dye, it will always take the dye better. It's like dying your hair. If the ends are bleached, they will take the dye better while the roots will not, even if you let it set a long long time, the ends will always take more dye and be a different color. That's why it's always hard to get an even color when dying cotton blends. You could try disperse dyes which basically are built to imitate absorption by dispersing throughout the fibers to coat the deeper fibers as well as those on the very surface. Use super, boiling water. This will help the dye to penetrate the fibers and coat deeper. Instead of mixing with water, try using rubbing alcohol. 7 parts alcohol to 1 part dye. Again, the alcohol will allow the dye to coat and stick better. Added: yes, you could try heating the water to melt the salt, let it cool and mix the dye without hurting it anything.
- Q:I cannot wear any polyester materials against my skin. The artificial fibers make me terribly sweat.I try to wear only natural cottons, which create no problems at all. Aside from being a MAN-MADE material, why does polyester create this seal on my skin vs. the warm / cooling feel of cotton?
- Cotton and wool wick fluids due to their structure. This means they pick up moisture, soaking it and transferring it strand to strand to evaporate to the air which cools the cloth. Polyester in particular does not have a cell structure but is a long thin continuous plastic strand in each thread. So it does not collect moisture, does not move it and therefore does not have evaporation. So the moisture collects on your body and gets hotter.
