- Q: Would this fabric be good for a skirt?
- I don't know about the first question, but talk to the Armenians in Covina ahahaahaha. And look into Magnaflow cats if you wanna pass smog legally without losing a whole lot of power
- Q: I have a black trench coat and I want to dye it purple, like the jokers, do you know how I can do that? plz help!!!
- Can you wash it? Yes. Remove the lining it if zips out. Wash it alone or with like colors, in warm or cold water. Hang it to dry--the dryer's heat can cause problems. (If it's a total wrinkled mess when it comes out of the washer, dry it for about 3 minutes, too short a time for damage, then hang it to dry. Lots of the wrinkles will fall out.) Will it take dye? I doubt it. The nature of a trench coat is water resistance or waterproof-ness. That means the fabric is treated with something which repels water--and dyes. If you're willing to risk ruining it, you could try dying it, but I doubt it'll work.
- Q: I washed/dryed a nylon/polyester sweater and I forgot to remove the name tag that we had stuck on it. How do I get the sticky and the paper off the shirt.
- Oh, I've had that happen to me, too! You can try several things. First, get a damp washcloth and put it under the area where the sticker was. Lay another damp washcloth on top. Iron it on a setting high enough that the sweater layer gets really steamy, without burning the cloth. Being careful not to burn your hands, rub the top washcloth over the area and pray that the stuff starts coming off. It will, eventually, come out. It just takes patience Faster and safest way bring it to the dry cleaners and show them the area. They're professionals and probably have had to deal with this before. Cheaper, more dangerous way. Lighter fluid. Dab a little on the inside hem of the sweater to make sure colors don't bleed or do anything funky. If it looks okay, place a brown paper bag inside the sweater and underneath the name tag residue. Squirt a bit of lighter fluid on it, then gently rub with a cloth. Afterwards, rinse repeatedly in cool water to get rid of the residue on both the sweater and the washcloth. With the last method, rinsing the fabrics well is essential. Never, ever just leave the lighter fluid in the cloths - this can start a fire. For several generations, my family has used lighter fluid to remove things like labels and chewing gum from various products. It's also good for removing stickers from items. Just please, please be careful. Good luck!

- Q: My cotton towels disintegrated, but the synthetics seemed to come through it ok. What other kinds of materials are harmed by strong bleach solutions?
- Natural fibers are harmed by chlorine bleach tton, wool, ramie, etc. Man-made fibers are not very affected by it.nylon, rayon, polyester. Chlorine bleach (Clorox) weakens natural fibers, but Oxygen Bleach, (OxiClean) does not.

- does it have to be a fix gear or you could just set up as single speed. no need to buy anything other than a cog spacers for the hub body to take up the space of cassette and hold cog in place.spacers are cheap made from alu-alloy. replacing hub then you need new hub probably spokes unless new hub matches old ones dimentions and the labour of reassembly and truing.
- Q: tarpolines are use for signs, it is a made of special plastic that is durable and can be use for tent or roofing
- That relies upon on the blunders and the place it has regarded and various different different factors. case in point if the blunders transformations the meaning of the sentence to the quantity that it negates what one intends to assert, then it particularly is a public service. extraordinarily if the blunders seems in a information service, on a public internet site that has as its objective to assist human beings locate solutions, the place to locate something, a thank you to pay taxes or keep money legally to get a tax refund. there are a number of circumstances whilst it extremely is going to become a public service. If the blunders is obviously an elementary typo and makes no genuine distinction to the objective or reason, it in all probability will become merely self aggrandizing to make a correction. if so of course it particularly is merely self serving.
- Q: I have all the patterns I need but wanted to know about fabrics. I found things online but they don‘t answer my question. I have a pair of workout like pants by abercrombie and they are made with 100% Polyester, would this fabric be best for an outer layer only with fleece being the inner layer? As for fleece, I have a few 100% fleece hoodies I can use but I have 2 that are 75% fleece and 25%Rayon how will this effect my diapers. What about nylon from the inside of a suit jacket I no longer wear? Could it be used in between 2 layers of fleece or only as an outer? I would like to try and get the most use out of fabrics I already have and recycle them.#92;Thanks for your help.
- The fabrics will really be trial and error with recycled materials. Lots of people have success cutting up old towels to make fitted diapers and using microfibre cleaning towels to make stuffers for pocket diapers. When it comes to fleece, most should be okay to line the interior of pocket and AIOs. The biggest problem you will have is with the waterproof outer fabric. You will probably want to buy some PUL or Procare and not chance that. If you know how to knit then you could knit some wool covers and just make fitted diapers. Some people also use 100% wool sweaters and cut them up to make wool covers too, if you don't know how to knit.
