Q:I have a 1994 convertible with a plastic rear window, and it has 13 years of dirtiness on that thing. There is a bunch of ugly what I presume are scratches all across teh middle (probably from the folding process).Also, there are little almost transparent white circles (you have to see them from an angle though)... that are also really annoying.Can you identify what those circles are??I've tried meguire's plastx polish...and even some white vinegar distilled in water.Currently, im looking for a more aggressive product.: when mine did that i spent a year and a lot of cash tryin to fix it in the end i realized i should of just replaced it to begin with. If you decide to replace it, you might have to do the whole top, but its worth it. Just make sure that when you do replace it to look for a company that makes one with a GLASS rear window. I separate the plastic from the paper...either cut it out with scissors if ripping it out is too 'messy'. Recycle the envelope and unfortunately add the plastic to the garbage bin.
