- Q: I'm about to move into an apartment room that I have been warned gets very cold in the winter (I live in MN). - Q: So i put a plastic goblin window cover up for halloween, its a window that sees the sun all day long. I went to take it off today but its like its melted to the window and my windows are plexiglass. I have tried scraping it off, using running alcohol and nail polish remover but nothing works! - Not a guaranteed solution, but try WD40. The oily substance may soften the stickies and get it off. Put on and let soak before trying to scrape.

- maguiers makes some stuff called clear plastic cleaner.polish,conditioner all in one its avail at any auto parts store but other brands are avail...that do the same job,they work really good are meant for your situation,,,,$10.00 or less its in the car wax section.......clear plastic polish......try it on your headlight lenses,guage cluster lens, brake lights, adds new life to all plastic lenses.
