(I take this to mean the Bat + term. on the cap) Then use a wire from the s on the starter to the hot on the starter (THIS IS WHERE I HAVE MY START TRIGGER WIRED IN.) and it will crank over and fire up.I have 12 vdc at the BAT+ but still no spark, WHAT AM I DOING WRONG.??????????THANKS FOR THE HELP.The coil in the cap is good and I have gas.
- ok if the motor cranks over then you are half way there. the - side of the battery is connected to the block. the + is going to the top terminal on the starter, you cross the big terminal with the inside terminal on the starter and it cranks over. now with another wire from the + side of the battery going to the bat terminal on the distributor cap, that should give you spark. cap and rotor are new, then the only other thing it could be is the module. try another distributor. try a spark plug in your spark plug wires and ground it to the - side of the battery , and crank it over and check for spark. i bet its your module, but check for spark first.

- Yes, the garage in my building is very weird. There's a laundry room and I go in there to wash clothes and I always feel like I'm being watched. It's not a paranormal feeling though. I don't sense any spirits down there or anything like that. The garage is pretty empty as far as feeling goes, it's mainly a space for storage, cars and trash bins. I noticed that right behind me in the ceiling are a lot of electric lines and a square box almost directly aligning with me when I am putting clothes in the wash, at which point my back is turned. Most electronic circuit board has printed circuit which has hundreds of bare wire.
- Q: 1) I want to install a ceiling light fixture (chandelier style) but I don't have a ceiling outlet box. 2) I want to convert the chandelier to a lamp that gets plugged into a regular outlet, so I have a) the chandelier w/ it's own cord (meant to be attached to the ceiling box) and b) 20 ft of regular cord attached on one end to a quick clamp plug.3) On the 20ft regular cord, and I can tell on this cord which wire is hot b/c one side is smooth (hot) and the other side is ribbed (neutral). Unfortunately, the cord from the chandelier itself is SMOOTH on all sides and is not marked white/black, smooth/ribbed, hot/neutral or with any other indicator that would allow me to tell which side is which. Hence, I don't know which chandelier wire to attach to which cord wire.Please help!
