And something so i can remove it if i dont like it...cause what iv heard it looks like polythurene: Quick lesson.........cement is the powder in the concrete. To make concrete glossy, they have several sealers that will do the trick. Some are as simple as Thompsons water seal(junkie tho) and others are a 2 part sealer that has a reaction when you mix together. That is by far the best to use. Go to a local material supplier. Typically ones that deal with mostly contractor supplies have the best products. Ask them for a sealer that they'd usually use over an exposed aggregate sidewalk. That is what you want. Far as removal......once it's on, it's on. It'll have to be recoated to keep it looking fresh and new. If you want to remove it, it'll have to be stripped off and that is a pain.

Buy Dutch Boy floor and porch enamel, Flat so it won't be slippery. It can be mixed to the color you want. Since the paint keeps rubbing off, I thought you still had this problem. Dutch Boy Enamel will take care of it, since you'll have to cover it with a sealer anyways. I'm really not a strong believer in a sealer at this point, for 1 it's a floor that has heavy traffic. Sealers are meant for wood floors, to protect from scratches, and looks of the hardwood.

Q: I am in UZbekistan. We need to buy G class cement but we dont have such a brand name locally. So I would like to know what are the parameters of G class cement as we might have such a cement produced locally but it might have dofferent classification name.: I did a little looking around on the net. It seems that Class G cement is an oil field cement and is referenced to a American Petroleum Institute (API) classification. Q: ive just got my braces fitted today, and at the back of my mouth i have some cement to stop me biting hard and breaking my braces. Q: I am trying to demo my shower to the studs. Tile is laid over durock cement wall. Floor tiles came right up but the tile on the durock is difficult to remove and I'm wondering how I'm going to remove the durock too. Thanks.: Getting a crow bar between the stud and cement board and start at it. You can just pull the nails right thru the durock. Whole sheets can come off. BEWARE... when they do they are very heavy and can be hard to handle. Start w/ the two end walls , since they are supposed to be put up after the back wall.. Just starting to smash the walls w/ a hammer can crack dry wall and seams or corners in adjacent rooms. Some care must be taken. Cover tub as much as possible since tiles will fall off with the flexing of the board as you remove it. GL
