Technical Parameters of our Power Cable

1). Standard: IEC60502; GB/T12706;IEC 60840;IEC62067;GB/T 11017;GB/Z 18890

2). Detailed description or construction:

    * Conductor: compacted or uncompacted copper or aluminium

    * Insulation: Cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) or Polyvinyl chloride (PVC)

    * Filler: Polypropylene filament with lapped binding tape

    * Binder: Binding tape

    * Inner sheath: Polyvinyl chloride (PVC)

    * Armour: Galvanized steel wire armored (SWA) or steel tape armored (STA)

    *Sheath: Polyvinyl chloride (PVC)

3). The rated voltages U0/U(Um) of the cables considered in this standard are as follows:

    U0/U(Um) =0.6/1(1.2)-3.6/6(7.2)-6/10(12)-6.35/11(12)-8.7/15(17.5)-12/20(24)-12.7/22(24)-18/30(36)-19/33(36)-26/35(40.5)KV

4). Voltage:

     0.6/1kV, 1.8/3kV, 3.6/6kV, 6/10kV,6.35/11kV, 8.7/15kV, 12/20kV,12.7/22kV, 18/30kV,19/33kV,26/35kV

    In the voltage designation of cables U0/U(Um):

        * U0 is the rated power frequency voltage between conductor and earth or metallic screen for which the cable is designed;

        * U is the rated power frequency voltage between conductors for which the cable is designed;

        * Um is the maximum value of the "highest system voltage" for which the equipment maybe used.

5). Application:

     For laying indoors, in tunnel or cable trench with large difference of level able to bear external mechanical forces.

6). Marking: According to the customers' requirements

Q: What is a PVC Power Cable and what is its application?
Electrical PVC wiring in general refers to insulated conductors used to carry electricity, and associated devices. PVC Power cables may be installed as permanent wiring within buildings, buried in the ground, run overhead, or exposed. PVC Power Cables are used for high-voltage (more than 35,000 volts). Thanks,
Q: I bought a Zmodo CCTV system.The system came with 60' of cable,so I purchased some 165' cables.I would like to have more,but I can't find anything longer than 165' anywhere.Is that the longest size that they manke?Thank you

Q: Recently, I purchased two power tools from Craftsman - a 19.2v 1/2drill/driver and a 4.56A angle grinder that look exactly like ones sold by Porter Cable. I don't have links for the drills, but compare pictures of the two grinders below. Other than part of the plastic housing being a different color, you can clearly see that it's the exact same tool.
Craftsman power tools are all made by someone else; Craftsman just puts their name on it. This is not uncommon in the tool business. Most Craftsman power tools are made by TTI based in Hong Kong, the same company that makes many Ryobi, Rigid, Taskforce, Rockwell, and Makita power tools. Porter Cable is a subsidiary of Stanley Black Decker which also owns DeWalt. In this case, I'd say Porter Cable makes the grinder and Craftsman sells a version of it.
Q: I installed a 40mm fan on the GPU heatsink that is drawing power from the 12v on the DVD power cable. I'm also thinking of installing a couple 4'' cold cathode lights. How much power can you draw from the 12v DVD power cable before it becomes unstable?
its not smart to attach anything to your 12v power on the dvd line it can cause problems to your 360 and your dvd drive. get your 12v directly from the power socket .
Q: when i start up the laptop it works fine ,when the power cable is plugged in the lights will flash sometimes and the laptop will not recognise that it is plugged in. i have bought a new adaptor and this is still happening, any help would be great
You can't just glue it back on, it needs to be resoldered or replaced. That flashing you see when pressing the power button is telling you that the battery has not enough power to boot the computer. It clearly isn't interfacing with the power adapter since the electrical connection is broken.
Q: So my aunt gave me an old NES, but all she had was the system itself and a few games. She didn't have any of the wires. Luckily I found this retro game store near me and bought a few cables that I thought was all I needed (The power cable so it would actually turn on and the audio video cord) but apparently I need something else? I'm not quite sure.....Does my NES just not work? The red light comes on when ever I press the power button but there is no picture on the screen! Is there something I'm missing? Did I put something in wrong??? There is another spot in the back for another wire but I don't know what it is. Any help would be awesome.
you would need to tune it in put it on a channel and do a channel search that's what we had to do before hdmi and scart cables
Q: I just traded with someone and got a PS3. It came with just the power cord. When I plug it in the red light comes on but it just beeps twice and that's it. Is it because I don't have an AV cable or it is broken?
haha man i feel sorry for you. What you have is a YLOD case(yellow light of dead) it can be many things wrong with it but in your case its the cpu slowly loseing i am geussing he didnt tell you that it has YLOD u will have to watch many youtube vids to fix it or just go to a hardware man or a local computer specialtest he will do it for 20 bucks
Q: Hi, i cant find anywhere to pass the power cable into the bonnet in my clio 2002 1.2l. Anyone know what to do?
Yes. You will have to drill your own hole, and add a grommet.. I reccomend a step bit. Do not forget to add a grommet to protect the wire from rubbing against the firewall.. As I was taught, Look Twice, Drill Once.. Good Luck!!
Q: I have an old scanner, HP Scanjet 3400C, but I have lost the power supply cable. The power socket the cable fits into looks like a small single hole with a little pin in the middle.Can I replace it and what is it called?Thank you very much.

Q: Ok so I was doing something stupid just now. Cuttiing a power cable that connects to the tv. Halfway through to cutting it, the wire explodes and hit my face o,o. So quickly, I turn all of the switches off and run to wash my face. I just wanted to know whether it's ok to turn all the switched back on cus I'm literally in the dark right now. And will there be any damage to my face since the wire explodes in my face?
Everything will be fine to turn the switches back on, but you must unplug the cord you were cutting first. If not, you'll hear another loud pop as the breaker switches off. Unplug the cord, then turn the switches back on. Before you plug the tv in, check the cord going to it for burn or charring. If you do not see any, then stand to the side of the tv away from the screen and back, and then plug it in. Be careful. Unplug the cut cord first!!!
