- Go online and report it as lost or stolen. My daughter lost her phone, and after searching for it for a few days, we reported it lost. Virgin Mobile offered her a new (upgraded) phone for the cost of shipping (about $10 as I recall). Aside from the shipping charge, she didn't lose any money off of her account. - Q: I have a girl that I like in the Ukriane, but every time I call her from my home phone line to her mobile phone! She can barely hear me, I experianced this same problem with another person but then we tried having me make a phone call from my home in Ohio, to their home int he Ukriane and I heard them pretty well! with no problems! What's going on with this, is this on my end or their end on why they can hardly hear me!
