Thanks a bunch!: Well, I've had a Kirby since 1979 and it's still going strong. I've always had cats and dogs and whatever other critters in the house. They're expensive - I think I paid close to $500 when I bought it with all the attachments - rug shampooer, carpet cleaner, etc - but considering I've had it over 30 years, I've gotten my money's worth. I've only had to replace the belt twice. I think they cost about $6 last time I bought one.

Q: My pool vacuum has no suction and I have no psi rating, my polaris wont work either. Is something clogged how do I unclog it?: Some Polaris' are pressure washers and need a separate pump to make them work. Others are vacuum side cleaners and use your pool pump to power them. Check your filter it is likely dirty and causing low pressure and low water flow. You're welcome!!

Q: these are upright,bagless with hepa filters: In Point: The Infinity is no where as efficient as a Dyson (DC17), and will not deep clean as well as the new Dyson. The Dyson (DC17), coupled with its new filtration system and aggressive brushroll specifically designed for American carpets will deep clean better than most vacuums under $1000, as well as the previous Dysons on the market (My older DC14 left alot of filth in my carpet that my DC17 vacuumed up....mostly sand and dust).

It is a bit on the pricer side but one of the best vacuums. It can pick up so much cat fur I was shocked. But from your choices I believe the Hoover Windtunnel would be great. If you are in doubt just check the Consumer Report website.
