Calcium Silicon Powder
1. Description:
Silicon Calcium Alloy is a stable compound; it is supplied in the form of solid with approximate melting point of 1245°C and boiling point 1800°C in normal atmospheric pressure.
Solubility in water reacts with moist gas and water.
Silicon Calcium Alloy is a potent deoxidizer and desulfurizer utilized in the production of high grade steels. Although Silicon itself is a powerful deoxidizer, Calcium is by far more powerful. In addition, Calcium Silicon is used to control the shape, size and distribution of oxide and sulfide inclusions improving fluidity, machinability, ductility, and impact properties of the final product. Calcium Silicon can be obtained in lump or powder form. The most widely used method for intergraded steel applications is in the form of cored wire. This is mainly because calcium has a low density and high reactivity in the ladle making it difficult to introduce and retain in the melt. Cored wire eliminates these variables.

(1) Silicon calcium alloy is an ideal deoxidizer and desulfurizer.
(2) CaSi is generally used in manufacturing steel of high quality and low carbon, and the same as the production of stainless.
(3) CaSi is also served as a starting material for other special alloys, such as nickel base alloy and titanium base alloy.
(4) Silicon Calcium Alloy can also be used as the inoculant of cast iron and the additive in the production of nodular cast iron.

- Q: Are there any other metal bands similar to quot;Mudvaynequot; where you can hear the vocals clearly, metal bands. hearing a blurred metal band is annoying, but Mudvayne is really crisp. I was hoping to locate some music similar to them. Any suggestions?
- 1. Nu Metal 672 up, 395 down The boy bands of metal. A form of music with repetive and irratating riffs, deridable forced angst lyrics, bad singing, and an undeniable lack of talent. It is a trend among Hot Topic sheep goths, steroid addicted jocks, and 10 year olds who just have been introduced to MTV. The music is commercialized, fake, and mixes metal with forms of rapcore and bad alternative rock. Bands include Slipknot, KoRn, Cold, etc. If I want to listen to nu-metal I'll make a cheap riff, talk about how my 'soul is raging', and get a corporate producer! Turn that ------- ---- off!

And my experience is that playing metal strings vs nylon is mostly a matter of a different sound, not a different technique, although some techniques sound better on the metal. Of course, if you mean like heavy metal music that is a whole nother (disgusting) bag.

- Q: For those of you who know what you're talking about (No Slipknot and BVB here), would it be agreeable that Alternative Metal is not in any way related to Nu Metal? I'm not as familiar with the genre as I should be to make this evaluation, but is alternative metal a gunge-metal fusion? It seems to be, because Alice in Chains, Tool, Helmet, RATM and other bands that fit into this category seem to be just that. I feel like I could be totally incorrect here, but is this an agreeable statement?

- Metal Fight Beyblade Wheels are made of metal, not plastic at all ... The Metal system was made entirely of metal, and they added a plastic part on top of the Wheel in the Hybrid Wheel System, however they are still made out of metal. The Face, Track and Bottom are made of plastic obviously though, except Rubber Flat and Metal Sharp.
- Q: What happened to the metal scene in the States? In Europe, S. America and other places great metal and it's various sub-genres is still being produced. Especially right now the symphonic/gothic/power metal sound in Scandinavia is especially strong. I've always been drawn to the epic sounds, intelligent lyrics, and musicianship found especially in thrash and progressive metal.
