Electrolytic Manganese Metal Flakes
Properties:
Manganese has a melting point of 1245oC,specific gravity of 7.2.Ordinary manganese is a hard and brittle gray-white metal .It is chemically reactive and slowly decompose cold water. Manganese metal is ferromagnetic after special treatment.
Introduction
Electrolytic manganese metal flake is with silver gray metallic luster, hard and crisp, melting point 1245, boilling point 1962, with strong oxidation-reduction capacity. Specific gravity is 7.2. In comparison with metal manganese made by elctric warming, the electrogenerated mental manganese is of higher purity, superior quality and wider application.
Standard
YB/T 051--93
Application
Mainly used in steel-making, special steel-making, non-ferrous alloy (A-Mn alloy, Ti-Mn alloy, Mg-Mn alloy). It is also widely applied in chemical industry, electron undustry, medicine, aerospace, medicine. Also it is used in the high performance soft magnetization ferrite, high magnetic permeability ferrite, high saturated magnetic induction density low cost ferrite, high stable low cost ferrite.
Electrolytical manganese mainly used as an additive ,to increase the hardness , stiffness , and corrosion resistance of metal alloy applied to the field of steel smelting, non-ferrous alloy, Electronic Technology, chemical industry ,environmental protection ,space industry ,etc.

- Q: Like if I glue a small metal piece to another small metal piece... Will it stay pretty good and be strong?
- Is Hydrogen A Metal
- Q: What's the difference between Heavy Metal, Black Metal, Death Metal, and Melodic Metal?
- This problem is straight-forward if you simply concentrate on the metal...avoid superfluous calculations...KISS comes to mind :-)) I shall assume that you omitted 'liter' in the metal ion conc...should read 0.43mols/liter. Which means that the 100 ml soln you made up from all the salt produced contains 0.043 mols metal. This same soln also contains 2.2g metal (6.8g salt - 4.6g chlorine). So the atomic mass of the metal is 52 g/mol (2.2g/0.043mols) Consulting the Periodic Chart shows Cr, chromium, is the only metal possible...QED So the metal is chromium, and the salt is chromic chloride, CrCl3 If you want to check this answer calc % metal in the salt you obtained [100x2.2/6.8 = 32.4%]....and in CrCl3 [100x52/(52+3x35.5) = 32.8%]...close enough agreement since you really only have two sig figures to work with. These problems are easy if you stay focused...right? :-))
- Q: 5 characteristics of alkaline metal5 characteristics of transition metal5 characteristics of alkali metal
- Most metals do not exist in metal form in nature. They form oxides or sulfides. What is dug from mines is roughly a rock containing some percent of the metal in oxide form or others. Iron can be usually found as magnetite (Fe3O4) and hematite (Fe2O3); Titanium as TiO2 etc. But noble metal which are less reactive or not reactive at all such as gold, platinium, silver can be found as metals. So you can find a piece of gold in the nature but not titanium. (iron can only be found in some meteorites). So gold was one of the first metals to be discovered. Then as the metal becomes more reactive it is harder to extract it from the oxide or other compound, and it necesitates a more advanced understanding of chemistry. So as chemistry advanced, more reactive metals were discovered.
- Q: I know some girls that like Thrash metal. But i don't know any that like Death/Black metal like me.(I also like thrash metal.)
- Yeah they are, at least as far as I'm concerned
- Q: black metal, death metal, doesn't matter
- metals are found in ores. these ore are comprised of other various elements ( like oxygen, sulfur, etc). for the metal extraction, the ore needs to be crushed, then frothed, then left to react with dilute acid, then smelted . ores can be found on the surface of the earths crust or deep in the earths crust. their is also a high percentage of iron in the mantle, outer core and inner core of the earth.
- Q: I listen To Melodic Death Metal, Trance Metal, Progressive, Cyber, Technical, Thrash, Symphonic metal. Any new bands on the scene for any of these genres. (not looking for bands that have already established a name for themselves)Thanks!
- 1.In metals, metallic bonding is observed. In metals the valence electrons are loosely held, hence they can be released. Thus the metal atoms are like positively charged spheres in a sea of electrons. These positively charged nucleus is known as a kernel. They are not linked to a fixed number of molecules as is the case with non-metals.There cannot be a specific formula as explained by the electron sea model. 2.A metal atom and non-metal atom usually have an ionic bond, but may also show covalent bonding as is the case with some compounds of Lithium. Two Non-metal atoms are linked by covalent bonds(or in some cases co-ordinate bonds like ozone). Two Noble gas atoms are held together by weak Van Der Waal's force but they don't form a bond. Two Metal atoms as told earlier show metallic bonding.
- Q: types of metals used in electrical engineering?
- Non renewable. It can be recycled but does not grow back like trees, photovoltaic cells or wind power.
- Q: Predict whether a reaction takes place in each of the following instances.Silver metal is added to hot water or exposed to steam.Zinc metal is added to hot water or exposed to steam.Chromium metal is added to hydrochloric acid. Lead metal is added to cold water. Mercury metal is added to hydrochloric acid
- kinda yes and no;also all metal not alike.
- Q: So, I just bought the Metal Gear Solid HD Collection. I haven't played any of the other Metal Gear/Metal Gear Solid games, but I've been reading plot summaries of it online. Will this be enough for me to understand the game? Also, should I play Metal Gear Solid 2 or 3 first?
- I think it's pretty cool. Nice work man.
- Q: I'm looking for some newer heavy metal bands that bare a resemblance sound-wise to classic heavy metal. Help me out? My two favorite classic metal bands are Iron Maiden and Judas Priest.
- It's hard to say. Quite frankly, it's impossible to determine the origin of any type of music as it is an evolutionary process and you can only determine what genre of music preceded and may have influenced it. As for metal, it can be traced back to the late 60's and 70's with Black Sabbath, Iron Butterfly, Blue Cheer, etc and of course, there was the new wave of British heavy metal in the late 70's. Back to NWOBHM, I guess that's where most people consider other types of metal to have branched off from. Thrash emerged soon after in the late 70's and early 80's, and death soon after thrash. Death metal was never as popular as thrash or heavy metal, which is why a lot of its origins can't be traced as easily. Death bands that emerged in the early 80's had elements of both thrash and death. One example is Possessed who are considered both death and thrash, but seen as highly influential on the death metal genre. A few more early death metal bands are Atheist and Carcass though they are considered grindcore, particularly on their early albums. Though the roots of death metal go back to the 80's, there has been a new wave of death metal in the 90's. Bands like Cannibal Corpse and others (I don't listen to much recent death metal) have becomeincreasingly popular. This in turn caused a massive emergence of melodic death metal originating in Europe, particularly Scandinavian countries such as Finland. In my opinion, many types of metal originated in Europe and later caught on in America. However, one very American genre is thrash. Which is a whole other story and I've already written you an essay. Hahaha. ;)
