Usage of ferro silicon
Ferro silicon is widely used in the steel making,iron casting ,low-carbon ferroalloy producing:
1 In the steel making field,Ferro silicon is used as deoxidizer and alloying agent to precipit and diffusedeoxidation.Adding a certain amount silicon of fe-si to the steel can obviously improve the strength ,hardness ,elasticity and permeability of steel.
2 In the iron casting,it is used as ball mile agent and alloying agent especially in the nodular iron casting, Adding ferrosilicon to cast iron ,it can prevent the formation of carbide and promote the precipitation of graphite and the nodulizing.then the mechanical capacity can be the same of steel's.
3 High-silicon ferrosilicon can be used for the production of the low-carbon reductant in ferro alloy industry.
4 In addition ,ferro silicon powder can be used as a suspended phase in the mineral processing industry and coatings for welding electrodes in the electrode manufactruing.

- Personally, My fave is Bodies by Drowning Pool, there's also Slipknot, Serj Tankian, System of a Down, Linkin Park, Nine Inch Nails, and def some Metallica (mainly older stuff, but you might like the newer stuff too). Just find some older CDs at Co-op or some other store like that, where you can buy them used instead of spending too much green on something you don't like.
- Q: I mean, they're really heavy, but they just don't sound that metal. I mean, I know they are metal. But they don't sound anything like Judas Priest or Iron Maiden. All they have is abrasiveness and drop tuning, and not any high screams or shredding, let alone anything REALLY anthemic.

Metal Gear Solid (for Playstation) - you really only need to start with this one because there is a briefing file in it that tells u the stories of the first two, which are short. 4. Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty (for Playstation 2) 5. Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater (for Playstation 3) 6. Metal Gear Acid (for PSP) i didn't play this one, but it's okay because in Metal Gear Solid 4, they tell u what happened in this short story. 7. Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots (for PS3) There are also re-releases like Substance Subsistence but they are just the same as the originals just with extra material. There are a couple others - Metal Gear VR Missions, Metal Gear Portable Ops for PSP and Metal Gear Acid 2, but those don't have anything to do with the story.

- Hey Alex! This is a controversy between metalheads because, we are always saying that nu metal or glam metal is more tougher than the other. Im going with nu metal because, it is annoying when you find 40-50 year olds thinking that glam metal is still at its height blasting Ratt or Quiet Riot. Im not against glam or nu metal, just that what really bugs me is that supposebly glam metal is about being macho when actually they put makeup, which is not manly. Even though nu metal does have rap influences, they actually have more grooviness, the guitars sound more metal, but still they lack solos, just like you mentioned, something that glam metal has, and also one of the few things I like about glam metal. In nu metal they go aggressive and even though there are djs in nu metal, some how they do give some aggression to the genre. Their lyrics are have more angst than the usual glam metal lyrics that talk about girls and partying, which reminds me of todays downfall of hip hop and rap music. If you listen to nu metal, sometimes, and I mean sometimes, they have lyrics that do make sense. Glam metal does that every once and a while too when making love ballads. Whats my answer?
