1. What is the delivery time after we paid the deposit?
—— Normally, we shall get all items ready for loading within 3 weeks after we get the deposit or the formal Letter of Credit. For orders which demand cutting job, it will take a longer time.
2. For the delivery term, could you go with CFR our port?

—— Normally the MOQ is one 20’ container. For those models whose production could be arranged frequently, we could mix 2 or 3 models in one container.
- Q:What is all porcelain called semi-tiles

- Actually you can. But it involves some risk. There are many cases in which the new tiles does not stick or they will fall after some time. It is better to remove the old tiles.
- Q:Ok my room has asbestos on the vynil tile floor and it‘s in good condition. I‘m trying to put a carpet on top of the floor is it possible without removing the tile? Home Depot wants me to remove it before they install the carpet.
- I wouldn't remove it. The asbestos in vinyl tile won't hurt you until you start scraping and breaking it up. Just have them install it over the tiles. There should be no problem with that. If the idiots at HD give you a hard time, go somewhere else (which is your best bet from the HD horror stories I've read about online). Note: Asbestos products were used into the mid 70s, so if your house is older than 1960 doesn't mean you don't have asbestos tiles.
- Q:The previous owner placed VCT tiles on beautiful hardwood floors. I want to remove them, without messing up the wood too bad, since I want to sand and wax the floors after I remove them.Is there a way to do this without ruining the floors?Can I rent a machine? Should I try to heat up the tiles? They are glued on very well, and its a large area. The machines I have seen so far, look like they are made to remove tiles that are placed on concrete. - Q:We have a basic, square foot tiles - rough ceramic floor, standard grade in a white-ish shade (HATE IT!). It is always dirty looking! Nothing keeps it clean. Can we stain it or paint it like people do cement floors??? Anyone done this? How? Thanks!
- No you cannot paint it. 2 options. 1 tear it up and replace it with whatever you think needs no maintenance(concrete ). or 2 , try washing the floor with T.S.P. , then rinse it and seal the tiles with a quality sealer. You still have to wash the floor at least once a week . But it will all ways look as good as you want.

- Kaboom grout cleaner. Not tub and tile. There is to different ones. They both are very good. If you can find the Kaboom grout cleaner It will do all of it. Other wise use hot water and Just a cap full of the tub and tile cleaner from kaboom ,

- Porcelain or ceramic tiles work great in a kitchen. You're better going to your local flooring contractor than big box stores- you'll save on installation too. Just do an internet search for tile installation in your area. If you get tile for your kitchen, make sure you get the grout lines sealed, or you will end up with gray/black grout, and it's not something that can always be fixed without replacing the grout. It may cost a bit extra, but you will regret not doing it!
