If you want to tackle the job yourself, then go under the sink and turn off both valves in the lines to the faucet. Then remove the retainer ring around the handle. May have to remove handle with allen wrench first and then the retainer ring. Lift out the ball and check for any clogs internally in it. Remove carefully the rubber O rings in the cavity where the ball was, and then put a rag over the fixture and slowly turn on the valves under the sink to flush out the lines. When lines are running clear, then replace the rubber O rings and then the ball and retainer ring.
