1. Can we use the carton with our own design and brand name?
—— Yes. Normally we go with Neutral Carton. If the order quantity is over 5 containers, we could print the carton of client’s design for the final packing.
2. What is the delivery time after we paid the deposit?
—— Normally, we shall get all items ready for loading within 3 weeks after we get the deposit or the formal Letter of Credit. For orders which demand cutting job, it will take a longer time.
3. For the delivery term, could you go with CFR our port?
—— Yes, of course. We have very good relationship with those big shipping company, such as COSCO, MSC, HPL etc. We have a very professional logistic team to arrange the shipping issue well.
4. Could you company supply polished porcelain tile?

- Q: my tiles i am using are 13 inch,and i am doing a 4x8 wall,so i was wondering which is the best way to adhere it
- The adhesive will vary with the type of substrate your tiling over. If your going over drywall in a NON wet area,you can use a mastic(easier to work with for a novice) or a thin set ( much cheaper). But if your doing a wet area such as a shower or tub surround, you really should be going over a cement board and a thin set only. Mastic will fail in a wet area. Since your doing a large tile, I would recommend a thin set only..Along with the proper trowel which is a 1/4x3/8ths. If you want brand names, the only 2 I ve used in the last 20+ years are H B Fuller ( Tec) and Custom Thin sets. - Q: is tiled floor the best flooring for people with pets?
- I have 2 cats, and a red nose pit. It honestly depends on the type of tile/linlomeom you have. It can still get ruined, by the dogs nails if its not cut/groomed regurarly so I would need more details to answer better.
- Q: i have the material that is needed to tile my home but cannot pay for it to be done so i need information on how to do this
- If you need to prep such as lay cement board or do you have slab to go directly over? Proper prep work is the most important thing. To lay tile , center the room, lay tile out dry. When you get to the wall, if you have a 1/2 tile or bigger, your all set. If you end up with less than 1/2 tile, recenter the middle tile to shift every thing over by a 1/2 tile. Then strike a line. Mix thin set, let it set and mix again. You ll want it to be spreadable but not to thick. The use of the proper size trowel for what ever size tile. Don t spread any more thin set than you can set tile in just a few minutes. This is just the tip of the iceberg. Any questions you can e mail me through my avatar and check my qualifications there. - Q: I just cant figure it out i must have wasted 10 pieces of tile trying the tile that is currently laid on the floor..it hasnt been cut at all to get it to fit..and its not two pieces..its one piece of tile that has 2 circles cut into it that fit perfectly that looks like the radiator was picked up and the legs placed into the holeshow do i do this? i know you are SUPPOSED to cut the tile in half and them put it back together..but..im just curious if there is a way im not thinking about??

- Q: My landlord recently had new bath/shower faucets installed, but didn‘t have matching tiles put in place of the ones that had to be removed in a small section. Do I have a legitimate case against my landlord? It‘s such an eyesore. Everytime I shower, I see the unmatching tiles and get so angry. Aren‘t I deserving of matching tiles?
- No, you do not have a legitimate case against your landlord, as non matching tiles does not interfere with the safety or function of the residence. In fact, most leases nowadays have clauses that repairs under $250 are the responsibility of the tenant. I know that's how my lease reads. As for being deserving of matching tiles, only you can answer that. If you are a nit-picky tenant who gets angry about everything and complains on YA, your landlord might not think so.
- Q: Why should a piece of tile stickers, why can not once on the ground to do a piece of tiles

- Tiles that are glazed on the top of a terra cotta base are cheapest. If the glaze chips, the underlying terra cotta base will be an eyesore. Tiles that are ceramic all the way through are best. Look for tiles that are the same color underneath as the glaze is on top. Tip: If you can convince the tile setter to set them diagonally, you will be forever grateful. It costs more, but it's worth it. Honest.
