1. Can we use the carton with our own design and brand name?
—— Yes. Normally we go with Neutral Carton. If the order quantity is over 5 containers, we could print the carton of client’s design for the final packing.
2. What is the delivery time after we paid the deposit?
—— Normally, we shall get all items ready for loading within 3 weeks after we get the deposit or the formal Letter of Credit. For orders which demand cutting job, it will take a longer time.
3. For the delivery term, could you go with CFR our port?

- Q: My dad layed tiles in his kitchen recently. He had some plywood type stuff that he layed them on top of so they are on a flat, even surface. But then someone told him he should have put a netting type stuff underneith the tiles too, to keep them from breaking. Is that very important, will his floor be ruined now?
- Its called wire mesh. Its not used as much anymore. What makes tiles or grout crack is the wood below the tiles. If the floor joists are too far apart and the plywood is not thick enough it can cause the floor to move. Even a little bit of movement can cause the tiles and the grout to crack. The wire mesh will not help if the floor moves.

- Can determine whether the factory agent or distributor or sell fake. 2, to see the back of the tile signs and packaging, there are manufacturers logo, there are manufacturers on the packaging and some formal content, such as grade, etc., you can consult the above manufacturers service phone. 3, won the fine heavy brick, you can look at its work and so on, the intention to feel, I hope you can buy assured brick, decoration smoothly.
- Q: Do you fill up the grout all the way to the top or only upto inner edge? We filled it up to the inner edge, but now the grout and the tile edges are starting to collect dirt very easily and it is very hard to clean. We are thinking of regrouting all the way to the top so that it will be easier to clean. Is that the correct way to grout these tiles?
- Most all tiles ( there are exceptions) are always grouted flush to avoid a couple of things. One is the problem your having now and the other is to protect the edging of the tile.depending on just how much more you have to fill in, you make have to dig some grout out to get a proper bond.. - Q: We are laying 18 x 18 porcelain tiles in our kitchen for an open house we‘re having in 6 days. We can‘t figure out when and how to tile under the refrigerator. Do we have to move the refrigerator into another room? Can we wait two days for the mortar and grout to set firm and move the refrigerator onto the newly installed tile so we can lay tile where refrigerator will go? If we do that, should we then wait 24 hours for that tile to set so we can move the refrigerator back into place?What is the best way to handle the installation? I would appreciate any thoughts on how this is most ideally done.
- Well, please take my advice as I used to work at a popular Australian tile franchise. Number one - make sure the porcelain you are laying is pre-sealed, as porcelain is a natural stone and is 'porous', so harsh staining can will occur if they are not sealed. If they are just 'Glazed Porcelain' tiles, they don't need to be 'sealed' as they are on a ceramic biscuit and just have a glazed protective coating, which are quite 'hardwearing'. In which they are 'ceramic'. Number two - YES!! you must fully take out all fixtures to lay in the bathroom and kitchen, tiles will almost usually be there many years more than a vanity or a fridge. If you replace your kitchen cabinetry, well all floor space should be tiled. Many people run into problems of the 'previous owner' not doing the job properly, and down the track they wan't the same tile.....well the life of a tile is around 4 years then they become extinct., even if you can get the same tile, it will not be of the same batch/shade. Trying to fix up half-hearted jobs isn't as easy as some people think!!! So please tile ALL floor area and order enough so you have a couple of spare boxes left over, for future repairs. Because you will never get that same tile batch/shade ever again!! You'll also make it easier for the next person who lives there. Also, if you find out that if it is true polished porcelain and there not pre-sealed, buy a 'reputable' tile sealer and seal them before laying. As when you grout the tile (if there not sealed) you will create a grout haze around all your joints and will be a nightmare to remove and your lovely porcelain won't look so 'lovely'!! HAVE FUN......
- Q: HiIs there an adhesive that can be used to spot repair Vinylfloor tiles 18x18 on a basment floor?
- Lowes or Home depot has all this stuff in their tile section. I seen it when I bought the adhesive for the hardwood floor I put in. Good Luck!
- Q: I have large granite tiles on my counter that don't go all the way to the edge. Ceramic ones complete the lip. Unfortunately, to get my old dishwasher out from under the counter I had to break some. How do I remove what's left of them without damaging the really nice granite ones? Is there anything else I need to be careful about?
- The force from removing the broken tile can be transferred through the grout onto the granite tile. So first try to clear out the grout between the 2 rows of tile. Use a hammer and chisel (and safety glasses) and swing away from the tile you want to keep. If there is a mud job with thinset between the mud and the tile, try to chisel the thinset off, leaving the bottom mud-job in tact. If you're lucky, you won't have to repair it and can start laying the new tile right away.
- Q: I‘m trying to re-tile two small bathrooms. One is ~20 sf. The other is ~35 sf. I already have the tile, don‘t want any special designs, and have normal rectangular shaped bathrooms with a toilet on one wall (i.e. very few weird cuts). There is already tile on the floors that will have to be taken up. How much should I expect to pay to get someone to install it?
- Tile labor varies but you can plan on 4/5$ a S/F not a s/y.. This won t include prep or rip out or any setting materials. That depends exactly what needs to be done.Rip out will vary too depending on just how the tiles are set now. I ve done rip outs that have taken an hr and have done ones that size that have taken all day. So have an installer look at the rip out part and quote a set price so both of you know on the rip out. - not sure which glass tiles you are wanting? are you talking about glass tiles like for a kitchen backsplash or a glass window pane? if your just looking for a glass square, just go buy a cheap picture frame from a dollar store or walmart for $2 or so. take the glass out and voilaaaaaa! or if you are looking for something thicker, like a tile, try home depot or lowes and for less than $5 each you can snag some glass tiles you could also try calling a glass company (check your yellow pages) and tell them you are a student looking for glass for a class project. companies may be willing to donate to your project, especially with scraps that would be thrown out any way. good luck w/ your project

- I would highly recommend it (and Mike Holmes, the expert home builder on the DIY shows, also recommends porcelain). I had 12 sand-stone look porcelain tiles laid in my kitchen 3 years ago and I absolutely love the look and ease of cleaning. Mine are a reddish tan tone with a matter slightly textured surface that is not slippery. I had the installer use an almond tan sanded grout and then sealed the whole floor with two coats of sealer. It looks wonderfully elegant and is a snap to wipe up spills. If you are accustomed to vinyl flooring you will have to get used to the fact that anything you drop on porcelain is going to break (like a dish or a jar of tomato sauce) -- there is no bounce effect like with vinyl. But that is the only drawback. In fact, I like this flooring so much I plan to do my basement bathroom, den and outdoor porch in porcelain tile as well.
