1. Can we use the carton with our own design and brand name?
—— Yes. Normally we go with Neutral Carton. If the order quantity is over 5 containers, we could print the carton of client’s design for the final packing.
2. What is the delivery time after we paid the deposit?
—— Normally, we shall get all items ready for loading within 3 weeks after we get the deposit or the formal Letter of Credit. For orders which demand cutting job, it will take a longer time.

- Hello, I assume your question is trying to distinguish the differences in the companies or the difference between ceramic and granite tiles? lol, if its regarding difference between ceramic and granite tiles I can give a little insight: ceramic tiles are usually cheaper and maybe weigh about 1/5th of the weight of granite. Granite is very hard to cut, since it is stone. Its harder to cut granite than it is to cut marble per say. Granite will last a whole lot longer and won't scuff up or crack if you drop something on it, like ceramic tile would. You have pro's and cons with both products. I have replaced floors using both tiles and although the granite tiles look better and are more classic looking, the ceramic tile is much easier to put down. Cost comparison on regular granite in the state of Georgia from Floor Decor runs about $2.00 sq foot. Where as in ceramic tile ranges from about .75 to 2.50 per foot depending on style etc... - I don't know what type of tiles you have, but if it doesn't have a glazed finish, you may not be able to do much about it. - Q:I will be doing my first tile job soon. I will be removing/replacing the tile on my kitchen countertop. I have got most everything figured out with the exception of removing the existing tile on the backsplash. I believe the tile was placed directly over sheet rock (tract home). Any suggestions on how to remove the tile without too much damage to the sheetrock. If I have to do sheetrock replacement I don‘t think I could ever duplicate the texture now applied to the surronding sheet rock Thanks for any tips.
- Well you can use a hammer and a 1/2 chisel with safety glasses to start. As for sheetrock replacement...since it will be under the tile, the texture wont be seen and shouldnt be a problem. The coat that you will use to adhere the tile to the sheetrock will cover any inperfections caused by the tile removal. Are you talking about sheetrock or wonderboard?, sheetrock is also called drywall. If the base behind the tile is a hard ,cement based backing then just adhere the tile to that. I have never heard of anybody setting tile to sheetrock since it isnt waterproof. Good luck.

- Q:We had redid our cupboards a couple years ago and still have to properly cover the hole that was left for the vent on the previous vent system. It looks like they used staples of some type but the way it is just needing 1 and a half (or less) tiles it‘s awkward.
- Most ceiling tiles have a tounge groove so each tile fits into another. When you are piecing in tiles it's impossible to get the tounges in the grooves without breaking them. I would suggest, cutting off the tounges with a razor knife and install with Liquid nails or some other construction adhesive. To keep the tiles in place while the glue is drying, cut a 2X4 long enough and put it under the tile while the glue sets up. You might want to put a towell between the tile and the 2X4 to keep from damaging the tile. For the 1/2 tile, score the backside of a tile with a razor knife then break it in half.

You are looking at the cost of tile (at $1/sqft.), grout ($10 or less), permabase/durock ($9 per 3x5 sheet), mastic ($30 for high quality), and caulk ($4), to get the job done. On an average size shower, this will bring your total material bill in at right around $200. This is based on entirely ripping out your old shower walls (back to the studs), and building an entirely new shower. A complete rennovation for $200. This is what I do for a living, and I can honestly tell you that you will save tons if you are handy enough to do this yourself. One side note on the pre-fab showers (fiberglass, urethane, etc) - we get a lot of calls to come out and remove mold from these types of enclosures. On most that I've seen there are a lot of corners and small nooks that moisture gathers up and sits in. Just something to watch out for should you go that method. Good luck to you, either way.
