—— Yes, 30*60 is available. Due to the basic size is 60*60, we need to cut 60*60 tile into 30*60. 6 pcs are packed into one carton.
2. What is the MOQ for this tile?
—— Normally the MOQ is 1267.2 m2 for one 20’ container. To support our clients, we could go with 3 models to fill one container at most.
3. Can it be used in Rest Room?
—— Polished tiles are not recommended in humid areas which have water.
- Q: I‘m tiling a bathroom counter and have all my supplies but not sure I purchased the right trowel. I purchased a square-notched trowel 1/4x1/4x1/4. What is the difference between this one and the one I see commonly used on tv and on other tiling jobs...the razor tooth edge type?
- the grout for these tiles are generally available wherever the tiles are sold. It's mixed with water the same as any grout. You will need a grout trowel to push the grout into the crevices. The trowel is kinda spongy. Work on small areas at a time and do your best to get as much grout pushed in as possible for best results. after it dries (the next day) take a rag and some vinegar to clean up the mess on the tile surfaces. let the scent dissapate and then seal the grout with some grout sealer. 2 coats should be enough. exact directions for the sealer will be on the package.
- Q: I am looking at removing the existing wooden fire place surround (not a mantel, but some decorative wood surrounding the fireplace), and the 70‘s fireplace hearth, and replacing each with some nice slate tiles. The slate would be attached to the wall, and to the floor. Is there anything I should know when attaching (slate) tiles to a wall? Do I need to remove any paint, or can I get an adhesive that will bond (PL Premium or regular mortar mix?). How close should the grout lines be with slate? I know with marble you want them close, and with ceramic you can have some space. How do you ensure the tiles don‘t slip when attached to a vertical wall. - I would definitely remove the paint. Use a ceramic tile type of adhesive not mortar.Use a coarse notched trowel The grout lines should be as close as possible. It will look better not to be a contrasting color, better a black or grey. To keep the slate from slipping, you just will have to lay a few at a time, let the adhesive set up and do some, more and so on. You will get an idea of how many to do at a time by just working with them.
- Q: I want to lay tile on a house I just bought. What is the difference between ceramic and porcelain tile and which one would be the best fit for my house? - Both can be equally good or bad. Porcelain is usually a harder bodied tile than a ceramic. Overall you ll get a more consistent sizing w/ porcelains. Most all porcelains now are a glazed porcelain as opposed to the real good color thru out bodied porcelains.You ll have to see a tile to fully under stand the difference. What you need to do is compare apples to apples as far as the ratings(0-4). Using a 3/4 rated tile only in the house. This is a slip resistance rating.Then there is tinsel strength ( breakage) . And last is ohms or scratch resistance. Get the fact sand do some comparison shopping. As far as the labor, it can run from3-5$ a s/f depending on the area you live in. This won t include setting materials ( thin sets , grouts, cement board if needed) These are taxable items and each jobs vary as you may or may not need the cement board if your on a slab floor for example. - Q: I have 12x12 field tile and a strip of accent that‘s about 2 high. Everything I‘ve read says that you want to have the accent at eye level, which makes sense to me. Judging for myself, it LOOKS best at eye level. If I place it at eye level, I wind up with a full 12x12 tile above it, or at least, a 12 space above it. So going down to the tub, I would have a 2 1/2 cut tile at the bottom, right above the tub.Everything I have read also says that you want to have the cut tiles at the top and bottom symmetrical.
- Run the full tile as the first course at the tub and the accent tile will be close enough to eye level to look good.

- Anything that is real ceramic tile is good. Think about texture, cleaning and what the room is used for when choosing. It usually runs from $1 to $8 a square foot depending on which you choose. If you are planning to do it yourself you will need the proper tools such as a tile cutter, grout, and a base flooring etc. This will cost you up to $300 for everything but would save lots of money on labor etc. Don't buy the cheapest tile cutter! This is one of those things that you get what you pay for. Hope this helps.

- Ceramic tile is cheaper than stone but we have installed ceramic or porcelain tiles in all bathrooms for the ease of upkeep. Stone does look richer but it needs to be sealed at least once a year maybe more. The sealing part is easy but the stone tile needs to be completely clean first. That is the 'hard work' part. Ceramic tile will hold up to almost anything in a bathroom and the grout is the only thing that needs sealing. (You'd probably have grout to seal with the stone too) If you signed for stone, I'd make sure that they are going to give you some kind of refund for the difference of the cost. They are saving a a few bucks here so make them pass it on.

- Tile stores sell a tool to remove old grout. Only a few dollars. You can remove and regrout, not a difficult job. You can buy stain proof grout that is pre-mixed. Follow instructions on the label. You will love the results.
- Q: Okay so i live in an apartment and i cant EVER get mant. out here to fix this... the stuff thats between the tiles is missing and it looks gross and then the white rubber stuff that sits between the tub and the tile is coming off in random places.... what is this stuff called and would i be able to fix this junk myself???The white stuff that connects the tubs looks like that white stuff they use to connect the base boards to the hardwood floor...
- Ok, easy answers. Stuff between the tile = Grout Stuff that lines the space between tiles and tub = Silicone sealant. Its not hard to replace, especially if your just spot filling. Go to a home improvement store, ask to be shown to the selection of grout (Growt) and match the color. Also buy sealant for the grout, as it keeps the moisture out. As for the Silcone sealant, just take a safety knife, cut into it, peel it off like a strip. Make sure you clean up the area before you reapply. You will need a tube of silicone, a caulk gun, and a safety knife. Simply load the tube in the gun, and cut a 45 degree (ish) angle in the tip of the tube. Face the hole you cut into the area, and press the caulk gun trigger. Slowly move down the edge of the tub, until you reach the end. About 5 inches before you reach the end, behind the trigger, is a switch that releases pressure on the tube from the gun, and slows the flow to a stop. Once the grout dries, in about 24 hours, apply the sealant with the brush bottle it should come with. It is a clear coat. You CANNOT get the walls wet during this process, or else you will seal water inside your walls, and youll be looking at a much bigger job later.
