- Q: Ok so i got my practice cloths for my all-star cheer team (shorts shoes shirt) because our teams gym likes us to match during practice (like most all-star teams) i got fitted for my uniform and warm-ups to wear over them if i chose while were not competing so of course those fit perfect :)my practice cloths are hella cute and while the shorts fit me perfectly.the shirt is kinda big :Pim a pretty small girl for 15 it seems like.im a little over 5‘1 but not 5‘2 yet lol i weigh about 101 lbs im a size 0 in jeans some even a 00 (i do have a butt though lol) have a REALLY tiny waist, legs, and arms but im a 34D! its hella hard to find shirts that fit right on my body.so my shirt is a 50% cotton 50% polyester is there anyway i can make it shrink? at all?.and no i cant ask for a smaller one because they were all out since i came after the season already started and the next shipment may be another month or so.so ya any way i can make it shrink??10 points to the answer that actually gets it to shrink :P

- Q: i bought my son a blazer today at a consignment place and it is really cute and really looks good on him when i tried it on him, but i am not sure whether to take it to the cleaners or what. the lining is 100% polyester and the shell is 100% cotton. is this something i can hand wash in wool lite or do the cleaners need to handle it?
- The polyester won't shrink but it's possible that the cotton could; you'd want to be careful to use only cold water (shrunk outer fabric + unshrunk lining mess), and you'll probably end up doing a lot of work with an iron. I would go ahead and risk hand-washing for it, though.

- -20 is not cold. Get a down jacket. Wear layers of fleece.
- Q: I recently ordered a jacket off of the internet and when it came, It had a ball point pen mark on it. I really like it and don‘t want to return it. It says that it is 100% polyester all over. I have tried wiping it with a white cloth, like it says, rubbing alchohal, like my mom suggested, and a product called Goof Off, none of which had any effect. I don‘t want to bleach it because it has some green, and it isn‘t supposed to be washed either. What do I do?
- Spray the ink mark with hairspray, really saturate it. But be careful to place some plastic or wax paper beneath the fabric so it doesn't just bleed through to another layer. Let it soak for several minutes, then wash it. If some ink still shows, do NOT dry it yet! Treat it again, wash it again, and don't dry it until the stain is gone. Works every time.

- Q: Right so I‘m doing an xtra cred. assignment for class involving bleaches and different types of cloth. I have all my necessary cloths, save for anything polyester - I have absolutely nothing polyester within my house.SO - do you guys have any idea if say, a brown polyester piece will lose it‘s dye/disenegrate/have any abnormal happenings under a submersion of bleach? - Q: i thinking a resin or glue would harden the outer polyester type fabric of the case but i‘m not certain
- My problem with hardening a cloth case would be holding the shape while the material hardened without getting the guitar wet from the glue's water or the resin's solvent. And cloth cases tend to fit so closely that as you are putting the guitar in, they bend and change shape to fit and if the outer surface is stiff, they are less likely to do that. I think you would be better off either shopping around for choices on hard shell cases, perhaps for one that is lighter than the most common ones or looking to make a shell of thin stiff plastic material that your cloth case would slide inside to pad the guitar.
