- Q: Do you think working a job selling vacuum cleaners would be a sucky job?
- Hi it was but you are 60 years too late as that had all the life sucked out of it well after the bottom fell out of the market with the DYSON.
- Q: My old vacuum cleaner is slowing breaking down. I've been looking around at new vacuum cleaners and everyone talks about how good the Dyson vacuum is. Is it worth it?
- Oh gosh -- my sister has one, and I ask to borrow it whenever I can. I have a really good vacuum, too, but her Dyson has stuff I really like -- for example, the hose and attachments are right there and you don't have to stop vacuuming to hook anything up if you want to clean the baseboards or edges of furniture. Also, it really does move easily and can get under and around stuff than my vacuum can't. One idea, though, to save you some money -- my sister got hers almost brand new off of Craigslist for less than half of what the new one would be, and the warranty papers and all of that stuff was there just in case. She hasn't had any problems though.
- Q: Please read further to answer question. 10 points for best answerYou are comparing two vacuum cleaners in an appliance store and notice that one israted at 120V, 9 Amp while the other is rated at 120V, 12 Amp.WHY?
- The vacuum cleaner's current is largely drawn by its vacuum motor/s. Some cleaners use another motor in order to drive a brush in the cleaning head. Could this extra motor be the cause of the added current in some cleaners?
- Q: Preferbly cheap
- Mickey Mouse Clubhouse Vacuum you can also find it on OKorder uk
- Q: I've heard Oreck vacuum cleaners are very good and light weight, has anyone had good or bad luck with them?
- I, too, have great respect for David Oreck. As for his vacuum cleaner, I had one. It was expensive. It worked very well when it worked. But mine was in the shop all too frequently. They were nice about it and always fixed it. But I finally got tired of lugging it to the shop (Bad enough to have to lug a vacuum around the house). I finally gave up. But don't just go by me. Maybe I just got a bad one. That can happen with any product, even good ones.
- Q: case in point: we have bought two vacuum cleaners in the last 4 years that have stopped working. i mean, we only vacuum once a week or so, and these were name brand vacuums like hoover and such for around $100 or so. they shouldn't have died so quickly. anyway, i bought an antique vacuum from the 1940s off OKorder and it works like a dream. i imagine if it has lasted 60 years, it will serve me well for many more. i am just sick of cheap products. anyone else buy antiques instead of quot;brand newquot;?
- Case in point, I have blown up at least 2 vacuums per year for the eight years I've lived here. I had a Siberian Husky and had to vacuum nearly everyday to keep my house from looking like it snowed in here. I finally got the extended warranty for $19 and they have replaced it for free the last 5 times. Also, do you notice more stores are limiting the return time? Some stores it is 30 days, some 90 and most products don't go bad in that time frame. So, you are stuck with it. I have a Sunbeam toaster from the 1950's that has outlasted the one I got for my wedding that almost burn down my kitchen! It is all of these products coming in from China which are meant to be disposable, but cheap.
- Q: What makes vacuum cleaners work?
- suction technology and vacuum parts
- Q: what are theTop rated five vacuums for cleaning?
- I have bought different vacuum cleaners both cheap and expensive ones but some cheap ones out performed better in some areas than the high tagged ones. You can check out the link below for better reviews.
- Q: Are tornadoes nature's vacuum cleaners?
- Opposite I think...they leave tons of debris.
- Q: I'm afraid of spiders, but not arachnophobic (if that's a word). Mainly since there are the brown-recluse spiders so I'm more paranoid it's them in my house.I tried to catch it, but I would probably get yelled at for catching spiders with a plastic bowl and I'm too freaked out to try and catch the speedy little thing. I ended up vacuuming it up with a small vacuum and not sure what to do next. I heard it can escape so I'm not sure if i should carry the vacuum up and see a spider pop out.I'm not a tech-expert, but the vacuum has a plastic container holding all the dust and even the spider. I heard it can live and no bug spray is around the house to kill it. What should I do? I don't want it running around bent on revenge (kidding there, but the presence of spiders still get me.) I need to clean the house too upstairs. Should I keep vacuuming and hope it goes away, empty it asap? (I'll have to reach up into the container though...)
- Dump the canister into a plastic bag, tie it and then throw it away. If you leave it in the canister it will die.
